Centreville Garage - Newcastle

Hi,

I was planning on using my normal garage but they were booked up for 4 weeks, so I came across a French specialist which service renaults in Newcastle.

I had a full service inc cam belt & Aux changed but a week later the aux belt had shredded causing the timing belt to jump causing £1800 engine damage.

So I planned to get a independent AA inspection, but the garage refused to except liability.

Can't believe what happened today, I was followed by someone from my home, then when I stopped at the shops the garage took there courtesy car back!

I though the car had been stolen.

So me & my 2yr old daughter were stranded, 'm being polite & profession to try and get the issue resolved.

There are even holding my daughters kids seat until I return the key.

Please avoid Centerville garage in Heaton Newcastle, unless you want your car returned in a worse state then you take it there.
