Terrible Service Never Go Again
I bought a car from this dealer this month, after searching around for the cheapest car I came across one from here. Thought great until I took it home, and realised so much hadn't been done on the car what they said would be. Very disappointed and not happy.

For Ford Parts
I haven't the money to buy a new car although I own two fords, I always buy the genuine ford parts as cheap is not always best. Always ask for Craig as he's a sound chap and do his best to keep the cost low. Exceedingly friendly and polite service, as long as I have a ford, I shall only use Gainsborough.

Our Experience With This Garage Started When My Wi
Our experience with this garage started when my wife phoned up requesting to test drive a second hand car and could they have it ready to test drive. It wasn't. Anyway, we had a normal test drive and decided to buy the car, so we sat down with the salesman to finalise the deal. We got offered a miriad of extras worth over £1000, plus hidden costs(£20 fuel and £100 HPI check).
We wanted our private plate changing from old car to new. This they agreed to do but changed their mind as it was going from my name to the wife's. However, they would sort putting the plate on retention in her name. The retention form has now come through but not in her name. This costs another £25 which the salesman tells us is our problem.
I also forgot to put the lock wheel nut in the old car. My fault I accept but there was no need for a rude phone call to my wife demanding that it was provided asap 'Can't you bring it now?' In the middle of a working day?
When we came to pick up the new car, our salesman was busy with another customer. I don't expect him to stop what he is doing but not one member of staff in the garage asked if we were ok, offered us a drink etc, we were just blanked.
We are not at all impressed with their customer service.
