Hadn't heard of the company, as I'm in Glasgow but saw the bedroom furniture at a better price than the local store.

Customer service was excellent and queries were answered immediately.

I placed a late order hoping to get the table delivered in time for Christmas. Newby House kept me informed of the delivery at every possible step, via phone and/or email. I was even given the option to cancel if the table didn't make it in time.

The table was very well made and very heavy too. A nice thick glass base with an equally heavy top, gives this furniture a very premium fell to it. Assembly time took approximately 30 mins but could be quicker if there was two of you.

I ordered the set of 3 Crome Lanterns after a lengthy search both on line and in shops. I took a chance on these as I ordered from a picture on the website. I opened the first one with trepidation but was very pleased at the quality of this product and how they looked. The order was easy to place and the delivery was quick and uneventful. Couldn't find the stool I wanted locally, so was pleased to find it online at Newby House. Hadn't ordered here before, so tentatively placed my order. Didn't need to worry at all. I am so pleased that I came across this website. From the first time I browsed the website to the table being sat in my house now, the service I have received has been excellent. I bought a dining table and emailed first with some queries. The person I dealt with could not have been more friendly or helpful and always replied quickly. Once I placed my order she gave me lots of information about the delivery and assembly service. I received a call to arrange the delivery and as promised, a 3 hour window the day before and on the day a phone call an hour before delivery. However I had a query as to whether the size of the bar stools would be suitable. My query was dealt with efficiently, promptly and in a very friendly manner.
