Eau So Soft R2

My old water softener was 10 years old and was not softening the water as it should so I had a new one installed by Mr Donaldson of Phoenix Water Services Ltd who are based in Linford, Essex.

Not only can I recommend the Eau So Soft R2 water softener, I can also highly recommend Phoenix Water Services who have shown me a fantastic and professional service. Mr Donaldson explained precisely why I needed this model more than the others that they sell and he answered my endless questions about water softeners! They will service the water softener each year and they look after their products and customers. What else can anyone ask for? Use this company, you won't be disappointed.

I'd recommend to anyone to invest in a water softener (if you haven't already) We upgraded our water softener to an Eau so Soft R2 machine from Phoenix Water. Since installed we have actually noticed a difference in our water compared to our old machine. Water feels much softer than previous and we are using far less salt. Thanks to Phoenix Water.

Have had installed for approximately 7 months now. What a difference this little machine has made. Recommended by my local plumber when my bathroom was being installed. Done quite a bit of research on the internet but decided on the eau so soft as I travel alot with work so liked the fact that the eau so soft water softener only uses salt when needed. since installation I've only used 1 bag of salt pellets since installed 7 months ago. Thanks to Phoenix Water for their 1st class service!

The results are instant, no more tide marks around the bath or limescale deposits around taps and on shower screens.

Best thing i ever done wished i had done it sooner. My partner has dry skin this has improved it dramtically. The bath stays cleaner. the towels come out softer from the washing machine.My hair feels softner no horrible water marks on the sink. Dont need so much washing powder or shampoo.

EAA So Soft R2 was installed by a most professional and competent technician who took great care and pride over the quality of his work, explaining to us how and why things were done. We would definitely recommend this company and now find our water of a more improved quality and it is pleasing to find that cups are not now stained by tea and now hopefully our pipes will not "Fur up".

I have been in my newly built house for 6 months now and the softener that I chose was the Eau So Soft R2 it had such good reviews and the price was right I decided to go for it. I have always had softeners in my homes for the past 40yrs and understand how they work but this one uses such little salt that I thought something was wrong so I kept testing the water hardness with a little pill that turns the water blue and sure enough -- one tablet tells me you have soft water, amazing I think when you consider that it uses about a quarter of the salt that I used in my other softeners. Phoenix Water who fitted it for me were very knowledgeable and all the fittings they used were the best and you can see that they will last for many years. I would certainly recommend the product just on the basis that I'm saving a fortune on buying less salt and the quality is there as well. Thank you Pheonix Water.

I received this water softener as a surprise gift when we moved into our new home. It was a dream to fit even with my limited plumbing knowledge. We are still surprised how lovely soft water is every time we use it.
