Very Pleased with My Wheels And tyres. Service/Delivery went very smooth. After taking my delivery, I took my old wheels of and simply put my new wheels on. Didn`t have to mess around as I ordered wheels and tyres as a bundle. I.e. came inflated, balanced and with wheel nuts. Highly recommended and a good addition to my car. I bought new wheels for my car, diamond cut from Wheelbase Alloys. My partner noticed when doing the service on my car last week, that the wheels were milking (the lacquer coming off). The wheels were bought in May last year along with new tyres, they looked smart on the car. I did not expect this to happen after only having them just over 6 months. Poor service, Ordered wheels on Friday 26th October - got an e-mail telling me they would be delivered within 1-2 working days - Its now Wednesday 31st October - called them on 30th October was told they would arrive today. Called them today - said they are being delivered to themselves tomorrow - told me I should get them on Friday 1st November (I am not holding my breath). Just received wheels ordered Wednesday delivered Thursday. Congratulations on speed of delivery. Happy with the wheels & tyre package. However the delivery packaging is abysmal. As driver was taking off the lorry they were splitting & wheel spacer fell out of one as I brought into the house. These were actually coming apart. Luckily no damage or missing parts from boxes. I purchased a set of nearly £800 worth of Alloys a couple of years ago and have noticed a lot of corossive spots on them already. I email Wheelbase and called them and had absolutely no response from them whatsoever. It took me at least 4 emails and numerous on-line chats to finally get somewhere, and even now, they are claiming that the alloys are not in warranty an they cannot do anything. “Wheels damaged after 16 months”

Whilst I can not fault the sales department ordering my wheels and speedy delivery my concern is about customer care. 16 months ago I ordered some Wolfrace Assassin wheels in gloss black. These wheels were in immaculate condition until I cleaned them after the resent snow we had and the next day I noticed that on all 4 wheels the lacquer started to peel. Hi. I have a similar problem with them. Did you receive the wheels ? They were supposed to ship ( internationally) the wheels last Thursday. They are still saying they expect the tires to come to their office... I don't know what to think.

Hi. Yes I did get them and I am happy with the quality etc. Just the delay in getting them. They did arrive on the Friday which is about 3 days later that expected.
