I don't think there are any words I can use to describe them as I don't know what is better than amazing. This website is extensive and comprehensive; to add on to that the staff are well informed and are always ready to help. Sherryl was the staff that helped me and I have to say she went out of her way to help me by helping me find out if the hotel was occupied or if there was one at a better location. to add on to it, they really try their best of their abilities to help you and the prices are not altered at all. This is my first time to use the myboracayguide and I was impressed by the service of the staff. They have been quick in accomodating my reservation and likewise revising the changes I wanted on my booking. They have been helpful too in suggesting hotels as alternatives to my chosen hotel (no available room for the one I liked and within my budget). I just wish that the staff of myboracayguide would continue to give good service to all its future customers.

Not helpful at all in case you have any problem with the resort, they just want to get their money. I would recommend to book just one or two nights with them so you can change the resort/hotel if you don't like it as your complaint will not be heard or solved...
