Aftersales Service Terrible Only After Your Money
Purchased a Golf Plus from the in September 2014, Had some initial problems with the clutch, took it back only to be told nothing wrong.
Door lock failed which was replaced no issue but also asked to look at clutch again as dropping to the floor, service light was also coming on every 800 miles.
Still told no fault found but car can be dangerous without being able to select a gear or if in a gear you cant get it out (can only turn off engine) Told that they had bled the clutch this time.
Booked in a THIRD time (nearly 5 months later) only to be told that there is nothing wrong but they have bled the clutch. Upon questioning this when I said that they had done this already they said they had not, so at some point someone lied to us. Still refusing to change any parts and fault is still there intermittently.
Another door lock is now also failing and we had to replace a front spring at another garage when it failed.
Asked Salesman to get someone higher up to discuss - guess what, this didn't happen!
Clearly they had no profit in the car and so they are doing all they can to not spend any money on this lemon.
We hope the items that you have mentioned are all satisfactory and in working order now as we have replaced the door lock and rectified the issue with the clutch pedal. We re-send our apologies for the inconvenience that these unfortunate problems have caused you.

Appalling Service
I will never, ever again visit this so called VW dealership. Vote with your feet, Kings Lynn VW great!
Crowsons attitude towards potential customers is appalling!
Although this review is over 2 years old now, we would still welcome some more details on why such a negative review has been posted.
Regards, Crowsons.
