Oceans guaranteed delivery by the week end, and did not deliver. I had to chase them and the delivery company for a new delivery date, take another day off work, do another 3 hour round-trip by car, and all the hassle, and they did not offer to compensate me in any way. It was a wedding present and was not delivered in time. Oceans should take responsibility for their delivery service.

I have never written a review before but this product is so lovely and fashionable I thought I would. The product is so neat and everyone comments on it. It takes up no space and is easy to move around if I want to. The cover fits well and doesnt blow away in the wind as it actually fits. I did have a small issue with a badge but they resolved it without issue. Their service was very good, the delivery was quick and efficent. I gave the drivers a small tip and they helped me move it into my garden.

Love the product and the service I received I was very happy with.
