“Ruined my day”

This company ruined my husbands bday after being late with the delivery and wanted us to stay all day on his bday ( when his parents had come to visit for just couple of days) at home and wait be ause they failed to deliver as promised. Do not believe the next day delivery or rely on it. We had to spend hald day on the phone listening them only apologising and finally after fighting they told us they can call the company to tell us approx time. My mother in law with serious arthritis had to sleep on the most uncomfortable sofa and my father in law had to go out during the night to buy inflatable mattress because of Comfy Leaving. Believe it or not they didn't even wanted to compensate us for their incompetency! Avoid if possible or order few daysbefore you actuLly need it!
