Bad Experience, Lies And Stupidity.
I bought a car from there about 9 months ago, It was my first car buying experience on my own being 19. It had MOT, I put a deposit down and as it needed some work inc cambelt, myself and the dealer went half in. they asked if I would like it taxed aswell, so of course I said yes. The dealers also told me the car has only been with them for a few weeks but after looking on a forum for advice regarding that make of car somone told me that they test drove the exact car 6+ months ago. After a couple of setbacks I eventually got the go ahead and went to pick it up. baring in mind its a good 2 hour drive from me, I got there and they had lost the MOT certificate, did not have the receipt for the cambelt and had not done the tax. An absolute shamble, If I could go back I would have demanded my money back and walked away. My part ex car they looked at the engine told me it had oil leaks etc when it didnt as I had a mechanic look it over before part exchanging it with them. They sent out a copy of the MOT in the post which I received and they also taxed it for me free of charge and sent that in the post too. They told me it wasn't taxed for the drive home, even though according to the DVLA website it still was. I eventually got the MOT through the post but only a copy and I never recieved the receipt for the cambelt or heard back from them again. after asking 3-4 times they said I would have to go there to the mechanics and get it myself as they need proof as they were not the owners anymore. on the first night of driving it I realised the headlights were pretty much facing the floor so I took it to a local garage, the mechanic said they just needed adjusting, a very quick and easy job. but he said that theres no way it should have passed MOT like that.

I Bought A Vauxhall Corsa From Surrey Car Centre Very Impressed With After Sales Service
After looking for a car for about thre months, I finaly bought a vauxhall corsa from Surrey Car Centre. Firstly I was very impressed as to how well the cars were presented and in what good condition they were. They were reasonably priced and came with a 12 month M.O.T. and RAC warranty for me this was a great piece of mind. Although I had a small problem with the electric windows, this was very quicly handled the same day. Iwas very impressed with their after sales service.I would have no hesitation in going back and recomending it to my familly and friends.

My Husband And I Have Rec3ently Purchased Our Seco
My Husband and I have rec3ently purchased our second vehicle from Surrey Car Centre, an 04 Renault Meganne Scenic, which i am extremely pleased with.
The service was five star as usual. The car was presented excellently and every effort had been made in the preparation of the vehicle and i was not let down by the description in the advert. The salesmen were very happy for me to go on a long test drive to make sure i was comfortable in a big car and all i can say is big thanks for your patience!!
2 months in and we're still very satisfied. A minor fault occured with one of the door locks after a few weeks but the salesman contacted me to advise this was covered under our warranty and resolved in only 2 days.
I can only say good things about Surrey Car Centre and as always, i will continue to recommend you to friends looking to change their car.

I've Had A Bad Experience With This Dealer. I Book
I've had a bad experience with this dealer. I booked a mechanic to view a used Toyota Corolla. The dealer knew I was coming but had the car blocked in at the back of a grid of cars and discouraged the mechanic (who was there before me) from insisting on driving it (mechanic should have insisted, but even so...). When I arrived, I did insist on moving the other cars and driving it, which they reluctantly agreed to, and then they took me on a very short test drive. It seemed fine on the test drive and I bought it, but within an hour of driving it home, it started making some alarming noises which turned out to be brake discs and pads which were completely worn down and urgently needed replacing, costing £250.
When I spoke to the dealer, they were totally unfriendly and unhelpful and couldn't care less about it. I'd definitely not use them again and would recommend that people avoid them.
