Very disappointed with this network. Bought outright phone from them for about £600.00. It worked fine for 6 months and then stopped working at all. Went to the shop and they couldn't fond my details on the computer saying that this happens quite often as computer system deleting some data without reason. they took my phone to repair and as a replacement of my expensive phone i got a handset worth about £15.00. After 6 weeks chasing them i got my phone back - not repaired as they dont have my details on computer. They offered the same phone but used. it looked disgusting!!!! cover was scratched and broken and they said that the only thing that can offer me. I had to return this phone after one day as it was broken!!!!! They took it to repair and it's been now 6 weeks and they still dont have it back!!!!!

Overal customer service sucks in Sure. I advise to have nothing to do with them at all!!!!!!
