A Very Unhappy Mother And Father

Small dark rooms. Toys and equipment was old and shabby. My child did not stay here long due to both his parents feeling like it was not up to standards. We both agree with the review below! The front door was occasionally left open when I had turnt up to collect my child considering this nursery is on a main road this kids of 'mistake' is outrageous! Needs a good clean up! I would not recommend this for any of my friends children! My child is now happy in another nursery in Mitcham which is amazing!

Big Let Down

My child attended the grange for a short time due to me having to remove her as she was not happy. after.meeting with the manager to talk about what they could do to make my daughter feel more safe an settled I asumed things would change, but they didnt all the things I was told would change didnt. I found a few member of staff only have one leveland cant 'tone it down' when its needed which resulted in my daughter being scared of them. I found the rooms were small and dark and the toys have all seen better days! I feel I was really let down by the grange. In my opinion if your child is scared to go to nursery something is wrong!! She has now settled into a new nursery with no problems!

My Son Was One Of The First Children To Join The G

My son was one of the first children to join The Grange Day Nursery when it opened in January 2010 and has always loved it! The Nursery is spacious, colourful and appealing to all the different age groups within the Nursery. The staff are friendly and approachable at all times. My son adores the staff and has made some lovely friends who he is inseparable from! I truly recommend The Grange to anyone looking for somewhere safe and fun to leave their children.

My Daughter Attends This Nursery And Just Loves It

My daughter attends this nursery and just loves it. She can't wait to go to 'school' in the morning! They do some good activities and have a pet micro pig, which I think is great for teaching children to care for pets. The food is generally pretty healthy, although they could sometimes do with a few more vegetables. The carers are all really nice, although there has recently been a change in staff and it has been a bit disorganised since then. Location is great, especially for commuting to London. Pretty affordable too.

I Was Lucky Enough To Find This Nursery After Bein

I was lucky enough to find this nursery after being told about it by a friend who also has a child going there, the nursery i was previously using was shut down out of the blue which left me high & dry for childcare. It has only been open for approx 6 months and has a fantastic Ofsted outcome of GOOD on everything since their recent inspection. The nursery is like home from home for my child she is so happy to go which puts me at ease. The outdoor area is fantastic they have a safety floor that looks and feels like real grass WOW. Staff are friendly and caring and meet all the ratios expected by Ofsted. The Cleanliness/Safety/quality of the setting is superb I am delighted with the care and go to work every day a Happy Mum.

This Nursery Is A Breath Of Fresh Air. Has Only Be

This nursery is a breath of fresh air. Has only been open for 5 months, and I have been placed onto a waiting list!!!! That has to tell you something. The manager is a mother herself, and is very approachable and realistic. The staff are great. Well presented, and very polite and welcoming. I love the garden area, and the grass is fab for my son is is crawling around. I was also told that more and more improvements were going to take place over the next couple of months, and this includes installing CCTV which is a great idea. Its also right next to the tram which is great for me as I commute to Wimbledon. I just hope I get a place, as surrounding nurseries, are OK, but The Grange is personal to the manager/owner and has been set up with this in mind!!!!

Having Looked At Several Nurseies In And Around Mi

Having looked at several nurseies in and around Mitcham, The Grange is the most appealing nursery, in every way.

The environment is so attractive for the children, and the staff are very friendly and reassuring about anxieities I have about leaving my child to return to work. They have just been OFSTED insected and received a good result which has helpedwith decision to send my children there.

The garden area is beautiful, and artificial grass has been laid to create a really home from home environment, as well as safety floor mats for play equipment.

The nursery is secure, and CCTV operates the front door.

The management also have theirBA Hons in Early Chidhood studies which is really evident, particularly as I work within education.

I would highly recommend this nursery to parents, if you want a caring, clean and safe environment.
