While I am happy with the insurance and the level of cover, I do feel that I should be contacted earlier with regard to the renewal. At least 3/4 weeks notice would be more acceptable. I thought this was the norm for insurance companies. This is the second year in a row that it has got close to two weeks when I have had to chase up to get a renewal quote. This would leave more time for me to review other options. I did notice that through an MCN email that there were a number of cheaper quotes but I chose to stay with Bikesure for another year.

I have a scooter insured through Bikesure and I purchased another scooter and wanted to arrange cover for it. The Customer Adviser I spoke to took the time to explain the policy details and managed to obtain a competitive quote. Cover and payment was then arranged over the phone. Documents where then forwarded via email.

First of I haven't had to contact you, so i cannot comment on customer service etc. So i cannot give you 5 stars. The two things that should be changed. 1. Give more warning before automatically renewing insurance, I was sent a renewal email on the August 3rd, with no reference to when you would auto renew, a date would be handy so i can ensure funds are available in my account. the funds where taken on August 10th, so I only had 7 days to check if i wanted to continue with you and ensure funds are available. 14 days warning would be better, and another reminder 7 days before. 2. i have emailed you about a bug that has been present for at least a year, the email sent with my new insurance document has a bug in the title, the title to the email reads "Your renewal is attached, this was also present in email last year apart from that, everything is good

I got a pretty good deal price wise however I think that the option for monthly payments could be more reasonable otherwise very pleased indeed.

Very happy with the service I have had with Bikesure over the last few years, nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff very pleasant on the phone. The only point I didn't like is the call charge from my mobile phone as the office close before I get home.

I have been with bike sure for the last two years and have only needed to speak with them on renewal. They are always professional and willing to help. The only downside is my renewal had 1 yrs no claims instead of two and the bikes value was still what I paid for it two years ago but on ringing I was surprised to find they could adjust this which saved me nearly £50!! Stayed with them for year 3! Cheers

Overall my experience was good. Dealing with the agent was good as they seemed knowledgeable. My only gripe was that dealing with a multibike policy you seemed unable to combine all of the information in one set of documents which meant a lot of duplication. Very irritating. My questions were answered , in the main, quickly. The quotation was competitive which made the process worthwhile. Thank you all.

Every time I have phoned Bikesure, I get to speak to someone relatively quickly. My queries and requests have always been fully understood, and answered to my satisfaction. The prices also seem to be competitive.

Been with bike sure a few years now, and this year after receiving my renewal quotation decided to have a shop around (not something i normally do) and did find a cheaper quotation online, rang bike sure and without hesitation they quoted the same amount and sent my new renewal of which i happily accepted, always a good service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them..

Good insurance coverage, good price but every year I do a 'Go Compare' search after receiving my renewal quote and it comes back with the same cover for about £20 cheaper, which is then matched. Just give me the best price in the first place. It saves me time and hassle and reduces the risk of Bikesure losing me to a competitor - simples (oh no, that's the other lot).

It's the 4th time I have insured with bike sure in 6 years, I find speaking to the staff very informative, no complaints here, What I don't like is using high profile retired motor cycle racer in your advertisement, what you should use is the ordinary motor cyclist's, paying vast amount's of money to such people stick's in my craw. When my renewal is due, I shall try bike sure first, they have been good to me the last 3 years. Can you do anything about the wet and windy weather we have a lot of in the UK?

Easy transaction very polite paperwork was not correct excess had gone up from quote they need to check before sending. Was sorted with a phone call. But should not need to. Overall good work. Would recommend to a friend. New about the products they was sellling. Like the price.

I got inital quote for Adrian Flux through one of the comparison sites and a few days later received an updated one from them that was approximately £35 cheaper. Found initial price to be very competitive but the updated price was even better! I requested a call back and didn't have to wait long for call to be answered by friendly, courteous staff. I think the call back option is an excellent part of the service as you choose a time and date for it so know exactly when to expect the call and don't have to spend time trying to get through yourself. Put on hold whilst checked info but that's the norm these days! Not for too long though - maybe less than a minute which I consider good. Staff went through policy details and didn't force the issue when I said I wasn't interested in the "optional extras" which was a nice change and appreciated. Documents received quickly via email. All seems in order. No reason for concern. Initial contact proved to be good.
