Terrible company, i cannot stress enough how bad this company is, i booked my collection for Tuesday the 23rd of August and there was no collection. I have e-mailed and phoned several times with no replies whatsoever. I have not gotten my money back yet as they have not refunded it so will have to go through a lengthy process with my credit card company.

I would highly recommend you stay away from this company under any circumstances. One of the worst companies i have ever used.

You can get the text messages for free you know if you enter your mobile number, then un tick the box and your mobile stays in the box, I have tested it on all my deliveries and it really works, so save your self the 15p simpleeesssss.

Thought it was to good to be true booked them for collection as they PROMISED collection next day with a 3 hour time to collect(the only reason i booked with them), I got the text and it said 12 to 3 collection. waited in alday as i did not get the text til 10. I had to go out at 3.30 as i could wait no longer. when i got back there was a card on the mat saying they carded me at 3.45, bit late now, WHAT is the point in having a text service i paid for!!! called smartcourier for compensation but they just said sorry he was late and rebooked for the next day(another day wasted!!!)
