I have been very disappointed with RentLocally and would seriously advice any prospective tenants and home owners to think carefully before using them. We have only been using them for the last few months and they provide terrible service. A month into entering the contract with them they raised their rates. Next, they charged us ~£200 for an urgent repair in the house without taking our permission. Now, they say they wouldn't refund us although we have signed the contract that they must take our permission before carrying out any repairs more than £75. They also charged us over £100 tax each month even though we filled non resident landlord form. They wouldn't refund us the tax. Our enquiries on any matter keep getting shunted from one person to another. Please DON'T USE THEM. If I could I would fire them this very moment.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! Absolute scam on a company! ALL employees are rude including the 'directors' Constantly breach their contracts and deduct money from EVERYONES deposit for 'window cleaning' Do NOT owe up when they are in the wrong, are extremely rude and irritating. Do not help in the slightest if anything, they just help stress you out more! Stay CLEAR of this company if you want somewhere safe, practical, clean and decent. Rent Locally are disguisting and i will never in my life go near them again - i am passed this message to anyone i know to help them prevent getting the grief and trouble i received. The people at RentLocally really made me feel like a valued tenant. If something went wrong, they were courteous and helpful and made sure it got sorted quickly. They are the most friendly and most honest Letting Agent I have used in Edinburgh. I wish I could rent from them again.
