“Use a proper company!!”

Don’t bother. Use someone’s else. After a 14 hour flight you just want your car to be there. This is the first and LAST time I’ll use Drivefly. Normally I use Purple parking and never have a problem. I called in advance, as requested and was told to meet them in the car park as the car will be ready in 20 mins. After waiting for 20 mins, no sign of my car. The attendant called his colleague to chase it up. His colleague said it will be another 15 minutes as it is blocked in by 6 other cars in the car park. Awful service. Don’t bother and spend a tenner more and get a reliable service. By the way, I’m writing this as I wait and the 15 minutes additional waiting time is up....still waiting! Update: he’s just told me it’s going to be another 13minutes. Seriously, go elsewhere for your parking!!

“Very rude staff”

Called when we landed due to having hand luggage, went to passport control and when there got a call to say you have 10 mins or you have to pay for parking, when we got to the car no one was there waited 7 mins and when we got to the barrier had to pay £6.50 to get out , called the office and the guy said your fault and put the phone down won’t use again, also when we was getting outlet car another guy was complaining as he had 8 bottles of water left on his back seats that was not there when he left the car.

“DO NOT USE - Damage to vehicle ”

*DO NOT USE* Used this service at Heathrow, on collection of my vehicle I found my radio locked out and my manual sitting on the seat where someone had tried to reconfigure it. The interior was mud stained and my boot was damp and smelt of oil. I then noticed my windscreen was scratched all over the surface and it looked as if it had been scrapped with abrasive materials. Staff denied knowledge of any incidents and damage and company refused to take liability. Staff are clearly dishonest and will not care for your vehicle!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Stamped on my clutch so hard they snapped my master cylinder. Dumped it on waste ground in St Stephens Road, West Drayton (google it - this is where your car will be sitting while you are away) and didn't bother to contact us until we returned from holiday. Collected us from airport in another customer's 40k white Mercedes (don't suppose they were asked first). Had to be recovered from West Drayton to Kent and then £175 repair bill. Suddenly barely anyone speaks English and those that do keep changing their story. Refusing to accept responsibility or pay any form of compensation. I'm going down the legal route! Avoid at all costs!!

I parked my car with drivelfy at Luton. on my return, my car was emptied out and items taken from car. i reported to drive fly. Drivefly deals with damage and thefts as you will see from the reply below. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Thank you for your recent email. I was very sorry to learn of the recent event that took place whilst your car was parked with Drivefly. Please be assured theft is considered as a serious claim and if proven guilty; this will result in instant dismissal and possibly a criminal record. I would like to thank you for contacting me and can assure you that a thorough investigation has been conducted and I write to you after careful consideration and using the evidence that that was available. Please kindly note, as soon as a vehicle is received our initial procedure is to inspect the exterior condition of the vehicle and to make a note of the mileage, at no point do we assess the interior condition of your car. We then ask all our customers if there are any valuables inside the vehicle. Under our terms and conditions that you singed and agreed to when you dropped your vehicle at Luton Airport, I would like to refer you to the following points: 4.2 Vehicles and moveable items which are left unattended are left at the Owners risk whilst the vehicle is in our possession. 5.9 The internal condition of the car is not checked at any time and no responsibility is accepted for the interior condition. If any valuables are left inside the car, the only way we are made aware of this is if you, the customer makes us aware of them. Any valuables left inside the car need to be brought to our attention so they can be noted and included in your booking notes, in order to avoid any discrepancies between the client and the 3rd party (Drivefly). I can confirm I have located your singed documentation which has been signed and on which you have confirmed that no valuables have been left in your vehicle. Moreover, I have also spoken to the drivers on duty who have confirmed they do not recall seeing your missing items. Therefore, under the lack of prevailing evidence, liability is denied and unfortunately, we are unable to assist you any further on this occasion. Kind regards,  Customer Services | Drivefly

Same response I got (EXACTLY) when they stole my iPod and Money from the car, the "Any valuables in the car" is so small and they don't actually ask you that question, they don't give you the option to read the T & Cs they just ask you to sign!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. Car returned with freshly kerbed alloy wheel and they made a proper job of it as well. The attendant was very apologetic but Head Office deny any responsibility and refer you to the small print in the terms you sign on drop off, section 4.4 if you are interested. In short they will not accept liability for any damage they inflict. Rank amateurs. Pay a bit more any use a reputable customer focused service provider.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY  We dropped our car off at Heathrow and when we collected it 2 weeks later there was a deep scratch from the drivers door right down to the passenger door. They are denying all responsibility when they have clearly caused the damage. Car was absolutely filthy too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - you may save a few pounds on the cost of parking but you'll end up paying HUNDREDS OF POUNDS for damage caused at their hands.

I always take a photo of my dashboard when I use meet & greet and until I used drivefly there has never been an issue. When my car came back this time: - there were a much higher number of miles on the clock than expected, - my audio settings were changed to ipod (which I never use), and - the front "passenger" seat was reclined so further back (reason for them to to that??) to suggest someone was either sleeping or cruising in the vehicle, which may explain the high miles! (and the ipod) I dread to think what my car was used for!! Wrote an email to both email addresses shown on booking form 14 days ago and still not heard from them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR

Car has been used and abused - engine wrecked - not 'wheezing', fresh scratches inside and out, boot clearly been opened, has carried passengers - vents shut. Driver mirrors and swat adjusted for someone smaller than pick up or drop off driver. AVOID. Something gone very wrong here. I dont yet know what.

Avoid using this company , picked up my car after a week on holiday no petrol left in tank also caused £500 worth of damage to my rear bumper and have denied it was there fault .my advice is pay the extra and use the hotel car parks . This company have no respect for your vehicles and use them while u r away for personal use .They are liars .

Misled by holidayextras reviews. Waited 15 minutes on arrival to get car despite paying for meet and greet. Car smelt of smoke and phone charger stolen! No reply from the company when contacted. Cannot believe this company can continue to trade like this. Have informed trading standards and Heathrow.

Unprofessional you book at your risk. We were worried that the low price might be a risk but took the chance to use this parking company for the first time instead of our usual Purple Parking meet and greet choice, we now very much regret that decision. The drop off was all OK other than them not having time for any inspection of the car as one person does everything at arrival, we questioned this but they were relaxed about it.. On return the car was damaged and then followed a series of lies from their representative. The guy seemed very well versed in dealing with damaged cars and immediately produced an inspection form that had been completed after we left showing damage that did not exist before we left it with them. He advised that their inspector had produced the form, maybe he had but they cannot simply create a damage report as an when you like without customer involvement to cover damage they have caused. I was then shown pictures on his mobile device which showed the damage, which again we not taken with us or as part of any joint inspection and must have been taken after they caused the damage. I asked what the claim process was and was told to contact their generic email address. I then asked for their insurance details and the guy could suddenly speak very little English and could not help me, it was laughably bad. This is a seriously unprofessional, amateur set up which I feel should not be trading if they cannot ensure damage is avaoided or can be addressed suitably when it does. I will not use them again and will be reporting them to Heathrow and trading standards and police as their business is bad.

DO NOT USE! DAMAGED CAR THEN DENIED IT! I returned to Heathrow on Xmas eve to find my driver wing was scratched and dented. Told the attendant who said to take pictures and send an email. He said the damage wasn't there before so must have happened in their care. He said he would report to the manager. Sent the email explaining and got a reply saying- "Your feedback is important to us, and we do take every matter with careful consideration upon the evidence that that is available to base a fair conclusion: Having fully investigated in your matter, the following points are raised: •Firstly we apologise for the feedback you have brought to our attention whilst recently using our services. •Both of the drivers can confirm that they had no incidents whilst driving your vehicle and neither has there been any incidents during the duration period for the time the vehicle was parked with us. •We have note of the mileage of how/where the vehicle was parked and this only suggests that it was safely parked to/from our compound only. •We have received the documentation to hand and can note from the damage report that your vehicle has been annotated of having noted damages all around the vehicle. The damage you are referring to is also marked indicating damage around this area. When marking the vehicle, this does not highlight the gravity/severity of the damage, however this has been marked. Having looked at the picture you kindly presented to us, as there is damage marked in this area, there is no indication in this same area, which could describe a different type of damage in this area apart from the one you are claiming for. •The vehicle was collected from Heathrow Terminal where inspecting the vehicle at these timings would be difficult to inspect. •Under the terms and conditions you signed and bound to when dropping your vehicle off on 20/12/16: 5.7 We will not be responsible for any scratches or dents (whether marked on this document or not) which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions. •Further more there is no evidence of any fresh 3rd party markings/powder to suggest any recent impact. In summary, under all the prevailing evidence mentioned above, liability is denied and we are unable to assist this matter any further. So they deny everything and after reading reviews this has happened to many other people. They send the same nonsense to everyone! After months of back and forth really unclear samey emails they finally admitted negligence and said they would repair the damage using an approved garage. I went to Ford to get a quote and the damage was nearly £900!! Sent the quote to Drivefly- they said the repairs has to be carried out by their chosen garage CHIPSAWAY. I said I would compromise and take the car to my local chipsaway. But no- they then said the repairs would be carried out if/when I travelled from Heathrow/Luton/Birmingham. They would send someone to pick the car up and get it repaired while I was away. I said there is no way I would let anyone in their company or anyone associated with them touch my car. Who knows what would happen to it! So after no compromise from them I went to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT and filed a case with them for over £900. I received a reply saying they would contest part of the claim and I had to wait 28 days for them to make a counter argument. 2 weeks later RISHI emailed again saying they would pay me the amount minus the £60 court fee. I accepted the amount and they asked for bank details- no way!! Do not give bank details to a company like that so asked them to send a cheque. A week later the cheque arrived and waited for it to clear which it did. I have now closed the small claims court case and have to go through the bother of getting my car repaired. This has gone on for over 3 months and people need to know about this company!

“AVOID THIS COMPANY - CAR DAMAGED AND ITEMS STOLEN”

We collected our car after 8 days on holiday to find the car in an awful state. The car had been ransacked, items thrown everywhere, the glove box broken, items stolen from the car (an iPhone which was in the locked glove box, loose change and a box of chocolate - why are they that desperate!!) and panels in the boot removed. I complained to the attendant and his response was to ring his manager who told me they would investigate in 1 to 2 days. I am still awaiting some contact from the company regarding the investigation but am doubtful I will hear anything. Please do not use this company ever !!!!!!!! Horrendous company!

Returned and picked up my car to be immediately surrounded by 4 Police Officers trying to trace the driver who had delivered my car. They have chased him at over 70mph and lost him as he hammered around the car park at high speed. When I complained the company have refused to acknowledge this and dismissed my complaint.

“Another damaged car story”

Was made to sign for the car before I saw it. As soon as I saw it, noticed a large dent on the passenger door. Told by staff at Heathrow to email a photo in. Did so, got the response that they are basically not liable. Silly me, should have done research before I used them. So, if you're thinking about using this company, just look at the reviews here and on other websites and think again.

“Car WAS clean!!!”

Car collected on our return to find the car must have been parked in a muddy field (not a good look for a white car!) - all 4 wheels caked in mud and the best bit - the driver transferred whatever mud he/she did have from their boots into the foot well and drivers seat. Also found the cigarette lighter on the passengers seat. Shame I cannot upload pictures

“Damaged car and stolen goods! ”

Terrible, absolutely terrible!!!!! Firstly I have a camera in my car, which is helpful Incase of accident etc, the company website states cars are parked securely in a CCTV monitored area, but when I viewed the recording after I had collected my car it was on a residential road???? Secondly, I was waiting for almost 2 hours because they was unsure where it was. Finally when the car had arrived, there was scratches all along the side and my stereo and change were no where to be found, on top of that, no one has bothered replying to my complaint. AVOID!

“Damaged my Car”

They returned my car with extensive damage to my front bumper. It was difficult to see in the dar however on inspection in the light I noticed the front bumper had been severely scratched. I contacted them straight away and sent in pictures. I then got this response. Dear P.Boolkah Many thanks for your email dated26/10/15 Under the terms and conditions you have singed and bound to at point of dropping your vehicle off : 4.3 No claim for damage can be made unless that damage was brought to the attention of our representative upon collection of your vehicle on your return and written notification is given to you at the time. THIS eliminates ANY controversy between the client and third party (Drivefly) at the point of exchange of the vehicle. It is the customers' duty/care to inspect their vehicle once they have received our service quite rightly, and the main reason for this is to limit any discrepancies as such. Under these circumstances any liability is denied, and we are unable to assist this matter any further. Kind Regards, Drivefly Team PO Box 1036 Camberley GU15 9LY I will now get this repaired by under no circumstances will they ever handle my car again. I will also make sure that none of my friends and family do the same. There have been many poor reviews on here and now I know why. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.......
