I ordered 2 Woman shirts size xlarge. What I received was 2x because they were extremely large and i know my size. It was a disappointment and not my mistake. Pulse uniform are ripping ppl off by NOT EXCEPTING responsibility on there part. My shirts were wrapped up like burritos and they expect us to send it back in a BOX with all the bells and whistles to resell the same shirts that we paid restocking fees on, so they make even more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM. WRONG ???? LABELING ON WOMAN SHIRTS!

I placed an order for teal blue scrubs and I received teal scrubs. I called customer services they said I had to pay to return the scrubs. Which was 12 dollars after explaining it was teal not teal blue I received in the mail. I've been using teal blue uniforms for 2 yrs I know the difference in colors. Now I'm stuck with a uniform I can't even use to work.

I just got my first order and I have one word WOW!!!! Love, Love, Love these scrubs!! I had my doubts before I ordered because most sites plus size scrubs are too small and I'm usually disappointment, but not this time!! The shipping was also really fast only took about 9 days to get to me. Love it!! I'll be back to buy more. For Sure!

I ordered a scrub pant from them 15 days ago firstly they shipped me the product bang on time and the quality and colour of the product was also upto the mark but the main issue that occur was sizing i size i usually buy and wear i also bought the same from them but unfortunately it went small on me so i had to return the product back and trust me my return was 100% HASSLE FREE..... it was as smooth as i never imagined plus they send me the replacement again on time so i am very happy from there services..... :)

The one thing I look for while ordering scrubs is the affordability and shipment. Due to COVID 19, I was bit more worried about the delivery of my lab coats as it was mentioned on their website that few shipment may get delayed but thank god they didn’t disappoint me at all. Got my lab coats within a week.

I ordered 2 Dickies 83402 and 1 Maevn 755. Both in medium size. This was just my 2nd order from them but the experience was really great

I designed my own scrub by pulse uniform made to order service few weeks back. The quality was great so the fitting which was my main concern but it took 2-3 days additional than expected to deliver although totally worth it. The stitching was really upto the standard. It was like I bought my same branded scrub but with my own fitting. Will be purchasing more of this service definitively!

I ordered a labcoat from them last week to gift it to my father who is a doctor and helping patients fight this pandemic. I order an X-Large for my father which was tight for him i am very worried weather these guys will help me in exchange or not but as soon as i contact them there Customer Support agent was very nice and humble to me and they accepted my return without even asking any questions and i returned the product hassle free and ordered again from them the same day with the write size the quality of the product speaks himself it worth every single penny the color , the stitching and the overall look of fabulous. Very Great Service and Product :D

I ordered the wrong scrub last week and was panicking. I contacted their support team and fortunately they accepted my return . I was ecstatic to learn about it and sent the parcel back. I have always struggled with getting medical scrubs that fit well. A friend suggested me to get personalized scrubs from Pulse Uniform. I honestly loved their made to order plus size scrubs that fit well and the quality was also exceptional but delivery was 2 days late . Although a good overall experience.
