Bought a car from this place finance in place and everything. Contacted them on Thursday to arrange a time to collect the car. Salesman gave me the 12 digit reference number over the phone so we could get the tax in place...Turned up today and most rudest arrogant person I have ever dealt with just turned round and said the cars already sold to someone else and that was that..But car was still sitting on forecourt up for sale but with a higher price... what a totally shoddy company with sales staff who obviously have no people or selling skills.. there were youngsters washing cars and smoking.. All in all a really upsetting experience from a bunch... will be going to trading standards about this as well..

Don't waste your time travelling here. Bad Liars cars are botched up. Cheap parts inside there offices waiting to be fitted to high spec cars . And arrogant father with a double chin

Went along to view and test drive a car that I had seen on the website arrived after looking around found the car and explained to the guy I had come to test drive the car he said its sold and walked off no explaination not a backward glance lucky escape I think if the customer service is this bad and they want you to buy from them not a chance of a improvement once you brought from them Would not recommend

Don't be put off by the relaxed approach of the sales team. I found this along with reading some of the negative reviews a little worrying. However I bought a BMW 1 series convertible at a very good price with really good mileage. We did find some problems with the car but he happily fixed these without argument or issue. Both issues required specialist assistance and this was all arranged and paid for on my behalf by the centre whilst providing me with a courtesy car. All in all I absolutely love the car and despite being apprehensive at first am really happy with our purchase.

They give it all big talk how good their cars are. Once you buy one and find a problem...which there most probably will be. Surprise they bury their head in the sand. Don't return your calls and hope you go away. So be very careful and watch your back.

we are sorry that the customer felt this way, we sold a 7 year old car in excellent condition unfortunately the car was a missing set of locking wheel nuts the customer phoned me about a hour after he had bought the car and said there where locking wheel nuts missing. I then on the same day ordered the customer a brand new set of locking wheel nuts and had them sent to his address, we paid for extra posted so the customer would get them the next day. We are sorry that the customer felt the need to wright this review as we done a very best for the customer on the same day

I went wjth a friend of mine in February and she bought a Fiesta automatic which she is very pleased with. The service we got was helpful and efficient and we had no problems settling outstanding finance.Having tried one or two other car sales Premier were by far the most flexible I would recommend them every time.

Travelled 150 miles to buy a Nissan Juke. The car was clean, well presented and was everything as advertised. There was one small part that needed to be replaced and this was put right straight away by the garage ordering it in and posting it recorded delivery to me. Couldn't ask for more. The person that guided me through was a man. I would certainly recommend these to anyone - oh, and they gave the best part ex on my daughters car - much better than other garages and "buy your car" sites. Thank you Premier Cars.

I'm so glad I read these reviews now and will check out other dealers here! It's interesting to note that, with a couple of exceptions, the "good" reports date from 2010-2012 with the "poor" experiences being more recent! I can't say I've had a bad "deal" as I didn't get that far - calling to discuss a car in excess of £13k the salesman just wasn't interested in discussing items that were not clear from the website pictures. I simply felt I was disturbing his day. If this is how a potential buyer is treated I can understand the comments of the more disgruntled customers who had issues to resolve.

Bought a 1 Series BMW - it only had one key, so asked the garage to go halfs with me for a spare. Instead they gave me another key, a spare from another car, as part of the deal, and said I could get it re-programmed. Bought the car on this basis- only to find that you can not re-programme the key to another car. When I rang Premier Car Centre back to advise them I felt I had been missold to and they were rude, unhelpful and argumentative. Zero customer service. Their response was "well we're not doing anything about it".

I purchased a car from this dealership and it was absolutely the worst decision I made. Initionally they were polite and helpful, however after the deal was made this changed immediately. There was so many problems with the car, it wasn't safe to drive. I contacted the garage and was treated disgustingly. The staff and owners off this establishment were very rude and unhelpful. They took absolutely no responsibility for the car and the problems. I cannot stress enough please please be very careful if you choose to buy a car from premiercarcentre as you will be disappointed. Check check and check the car again. Please get an independent report from AA or rac to check the car before you buy. Good luck, you will need it if you purchase a car from this garage.

I'd never go there again or recommend anyone to go there

I called today to Inquire about the car situation and the guy was so rude. Even he does not want to ask about the car situation and next mileage for service and brakes. Very bad customer service, these guys very rude !!!

After a test drive the older man here was beyond rude, really put us off. Will not be buying from here now. Especially since we've read other awful reviews! The younger man here seemed okay though.

I Bought a mercedes c class sports coupe from them, drove it out of the show room just down the road to the petrol station on the way the warning light came on saying reduce oil level in car as too much in and so took it straight back. They emptied the oil out and re-filled it stating this would now be okay. Again on the way home the oil sensor came back on, stating too much oil for a second time. On returning home we made a phone call to the garage and advised we would again need to bring the car back as we did not want to damage the engine if too much oil had been put in. On arriving at the garage at the time and date that had been agreed they could not check the level as the machine they needed had been taken somewhere else and would not be back for hours. I was then sent to another garage in Oldham and was told there was a problem and needed to re book it in as the garage was too busy to fit it in. On returning to premier cars the oil was again emptied out and told it should be ok. During the time this was going on I was also told that the wrong dip stick was in the car and sent over to a mercedes garage to check where I was told "what do you want us to do with it". At least at this stage we were all then clear on the theory of the dip stick this was not the problem. On the oil bring emptied for a third time I drove the car home after being out all day, the time agreed originally was 10am. Guess what happened the warning light again came back on. I returned home and again called the garage where I was told it was the sensor on the car, I enquired when this would be then sorted and was told that they wouldn't be doing anything about it and basically the car was fine so it didn't really matter. I just hope that one day the sensor really is not trying to tell me that there is something wrong with the oil levels as I would be not the wiser, I still have the constant malfunction coming up on the car everytime I drive it.

with my new car, seen it on auto trader, for its age & mileage it was the cheapest around by £200 to £300. They have a very nice showroom with a very good selection of clean cars & the lads there were brilliant could nt help enough. WILL be going back for my next car !!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!

Going by my own experience, this is a great car dealer. I bought a 57 plate Vectra in 2012 at a price approximately £600-£700 cheaper than anywhere else. I'm very pleased with the car. I particularly liked the lack of car salesman style patter from the Premier Car Centre staff - they basically let the cars speak for themselves. I'd certainly recommend this dealer. The few negative reviews on this site very nearly put me off buying from them - thankfully I took no notice and went to see the place for myself.

I was very happy with the service given whilst we were there. We are very happy with our car and would definetly use this garage again and recommend it to other people. Staff were polite and efficient and we were able to take our car the same day. Thanks

I would highly recommend this car showroom. The people are down to earth, no pushy salesmen. I bought a car recently the whole process went smoothly with no fuss. I had a problem which they sorted out immediately, would definately go back, thanks to all involved .

Since writing this review I have had further work completed on the car. I have had no issues in regards to aftercare and must point out that all costs have been covered in full by the centre. I am very happy with the aftercare recieved
