The experience was awesome. My order was a bit delayed but I was quickly reassured by the excellent and reactive customer service.

In the end my code worked flawlessly. I'll use their service again without any hesitation in the future.

Submitted request to unlock my Nexus 5. Said they could unlock my Nexus 5.

They concluded they had no code to unlock my Nexus 5 and offered a refund. Still waiting over two weeks later for refund. NEXUS 5 PHONES ARE SUPPLIED UNLOCKED BY GOOGLE. Don't request unlocking for Nexus 5.

I paid my money for nothing. I contacted them requesting code to unlock my phone and after like 6 hours they gave me a code that doesn't work and then I contacted them back but they never help me at all. I would say that this is the worst service ever and never buy anything from this website.

They took my money but never gave me an unlock code, in spite of my many emails.

I bought my code over two weeks ago and never got it sent to me. I keep writing them emails and they never reply back and there is no customer service number on the website. beware!

I bought my code, no emails nothing was sent to me and i contacted them several times and of course no reply. These people suck and i would not recommend this to anybody. Its a waste of money and its a scam.

They have not sent me the code for 1 year yet.

they acknowledged receipt of my money but did not provide unlocking information. they processed my credit card payment on an overseeas account in China.My correspondence to their President yielded no response.

I do not believe that they are legitamly still in business.
