Avoid Avoid Avoid. They are the biggest shower of idiots I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The company is owned by an ex City banker which explains a lot.

Do not have 1 good word to say about these guys, they have changed their name from genesis communications and have a look at the reviews they got!! Nothing seems to have changed, poor customer service and use of small print everywhere to squeeze every penny out of you. Not worth the hassle, have 2 months to go on contract and have a calendar on the wall just to cross off each day until I am free!!

This company is probably the worst that I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service is truly shocking. It has, at times, brought me to tears, thinking about how long I have left in a contract with them and I spend more time worrying about my mobile contract than keeping my business going. I am at my wits end with them as they seem to think that they are above the law. Cannot stress strong enough just how bad they are.
