Combat Service Support Are Rubbish

I am getting so hacked off with this company. I ordered some gear from them back on 6 Jun. They took a good 6 weeks to deliver the order, and then half of it was incorrect !

No one answers the phone when you call, and thus far they are ignoring my E-Mails.

Most unimpressed.

If I don't get a response to my latest E-Mail by Wed I'm going contact my Credit Card Company and try and get my monies refunded.

Do not buy from them !!!

Had poor dealings with this company DO NOT USE, the company was dissolved on the 23-5-2012. This company are still taking money and orders but they ceased trading (very naughty), If you want too give your hard earned cash away then by all means use them.

VERY VERY POOR AND I'M GLAD THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS, AS THEY DON@T DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.

This company will be happy to take your money and hold onto it, but it will take an age for you to receive your goods.I ordered items and after a couple of days I sent an email to see when the goods were going to be despatched, HAD NO REPLY. Emalied again after a couple of days saying if items were NOT in stock when would I be receiving my goods and that any comunication would be appreciated, AGAIN NO REPLY. SENT ANOTHER Email saying I would like to cancel my order then, as I can order the items from a better supplier, that actually cares about customer service, AGAIN NO REPLY. I have tried to phone NO answer, and the cycle continues! I am very unhappy and dissapointed with this supplier, I was hoping to order alot of items off of him, but after this experience I just want what I have paid for, and then I shall NEVER use him again.

I think this supplier is a poor and I would tell everyone to AVOID him at all costs, unless you like hassle and you want to throw your money away.

This Company Is A Joke!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MAN.

I've had a similar problem as the last reviewer in that the items I ordered in march are still 'awaiting dispatch'. I have emailed the man who runs the company about 12 times now and still no reply, I've also attempted calling the number on the website, but what a surprise it just rings and rings.

After I placed my order I was talking to a friend at work who said they had ordered something from this bloke last year and had the same problem. After trying for a month to contact the bloke and on the 30th day of not hearing anything he sent an email staying that they were going to pass on all details to trading standards. The following day he got a reply saying that he was sorry that the order hadn't been completed as he had been away alot with the TA. My friend got his money back a week later.

Again, DO NOT use this site, the man is useless at running a business.

wish i read this review site before ordering anything .paid £70 for a jacket on 23/2/12 its still awaiting dispatch.tried phoning and sent emails..no reply to either. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE AS ITS A COMPLETE RIPOFF !

Ignored Me Until I Threatened To Call The Police

I found this website and after they promptly answered a couple of questions I had, confirming they had what I wanted, I ordered, thinking I had found a good deal.

From the time I paid I didn't hear anything at all for the next two months. I emailed once a week for the next two month and tried calling, to no avail or reply.

I found this website with all these reviews of other people getting stuffed around and it sent my blood pressure through the roof.

So, at about two and a half months, I emailed to say that I was calling the police, the credit card company and the fair trade association (Everything short of threatening physical violence)... I got a reply that same day saying that he had sent it all off that morning and he didn't know why I was upset.

I told him that if it didn't arrive within two weeks I was calling the police etc... it arrived 13 days later -3 months since I first ordered and paid.

I am a patient man but I believe that if I hadn't threatened legal action, he would have been quite happy to keep my money and never reply to me.

Although his prices are cheap, it is definitely not worth the aggro. Think long and hard before buying anything off him.

Ok I Have Recently Ordered From This Guy And I Did

ok i have recently ordered from this guy and i did get all of the stuff it did take a few weeks. he doesnt answer his phone or emails but he does get you your stuff eventually. if your not in a rush use him as his prices seem ok.

I Ordered This Bag On 17/12/10, The Day I Payed Fo

I ordered this bag on 17/12/10, the day i payed for it I came across this review blog for the shop, I was gutted, I thought I'd just given my money away literally minutes before reading it. It was too late to contact the shop, as it had closed for Xmas, but I did ring and got through on the 29th I was assured it would be delivered despite my worries and despite his 300+ orders to process from his Xmas holidaysit would be delivered in January. I forgot about it to be honest, then remembered when my gun was getting cold! So i chased it up, no answer, call or emails for 9 days. When he did answer, He told me he'd been having a hard time, with an ill family member, and I empathised with him, before asking where the bag was. He told me he emailed me to let me know it was out of stock, here we go again I thought!!! But no, he said he had it in a different colour and I'd get it next day. That was Wednesday, Friday it got here! I nearly sh1t myself, couldn't believe it had been delivered!!!!!

Although it was 23 days late, according to trading standards retailers have up to 30 days to deliver, before being in the wrong, I was bothered, my rifle had it's new sleeping bag! I'm sorry so many of you have been what is seemingly robbed, but just be persistent, I would ring at completely random times and spoke to him 3 times between 10am and noon. Good luck, now I'm happy.

I Had Been Really Worried By Postings On This Webs

I had been really worried by postings on this website, but found Graham to be incredibly pleasant and helpful. He certainly answered the phone and responded promptly to emails. He also spotted that I had put the wrong post code down and corrected this.

This Company Just Goes To Show How Careful You Hav

This company just goes to show how careful you have to be when buying online. In the last couple of years, I've bought three items from CSS, at good prices. But a month ago, I put in an order for a £85 jacket. Money was taken from my account immediately, but fortnight later, no jacket. I sent an e-mail. One Graham Walker replied to tell me my jacket would be delivered in a week. Ten days later, no jacket. I e-mailed again. Silence. Then I looked around on the web and found that the company was dissolved on 2 November. If this is your experience, don't let CSS get away with it: do what I'm doing, and contact your bank, Trading Standards, the police, and the small claims court to get your money back.

As of 18 November, the CSS website is still up. DON'T BUY FROM IT!!

OH BLOODY HELL. PITY I DIDNT SEE THIS BLOG BEFORE I TRIED TO PURCHASE GOODS OF HIM. I BOUGHT A BAG AND UNER ARMOUR FOR THE PRICE OF 123 POUNDS BACK AUG 2008 . BETWEEN BEEN OVERSEAS AND ON HOLIDAYS I TRIED SENDING EMAILS AND PHONING JUST IN CASE MY INFO IS WRONG OR I INSERTED THE WRONG DELIVERY CHARGES . ONLY FOR I SPOTTED MY RECEIPT ON MY COMPUTER I FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT AND AFTER SEEING THIS BLOG I WISH I DID FORGET ABOUT IT ALTOGETHER. I SHOULD GET A REFUND OR MY STUUF SEEING THAT THE COMPANY DIDNT DISSOLVE TILL NOVEMBER
