Incompetent
Ordered this product one week ago and wasted a Saturday waiting on for it to arrive. Eventually on Monday, one of the three parcels arrived with the other 2 missing.
One week later I am still waiting. Horrific experience. Avoid. Its not worth the stress.

My order arrived late, broken and incomplete. Now a month later I am still trying to arrange a return.
It is just not worth the hassle.

Poor After Sales Service, Mdf Shelves Not Fit For Purpose.
I bought 6 racks of Shelving for a workshop which have now been in place for nine months.Racks are strong and fit for purpose but the MDF 9mm shelving panels have suffered badly from severe mould growth causing distortion and sagging, these MDF panels seem to suck in moisture from the air, even in a working heated environment, they are an inferior product compared to ply, or sheet metal. On my complaining to Monster Racking (all via email) I was advised by their 'technical department' that I should have sealed the panels with a PVA adhesive or similar to bypass this problem, bit late now, shelves have serious mould growth and even after cleaning, staining still remains and shelves are weak with patches of mould/mildew growing back. There is nothing in the fitting or assembly instructions to advise to seal the MDF to stop moisture ingression. All Monster Racking wanted to tell me was how pleased over 90% of their customers were with the product and my problem although not unique, was something they cared not to offer any help with. Now I have to purchase a replacement set of shelves and they tell me I should certainly pre seal them, pretty poor after sales service for a large company who pride themselves on their product. Typical, we've had your money attitude, your only a small fish up against a large company, we win ! I have offered M,Racking to send a representitive to inspect these shelves in situ', but there not interested, so - although the metal racking is fine, the MDF shelves are cheap rubbish and though they advertise for use in your garage or workshop, make sure you seal them, or pay the price of ruined boards and an expensive replacement job! VERY UNHAPPY.

Monster Racking Review
I just brought some blue racks from Monster Racking and I can not describe how easy they were to set up and how much weight they can hold. My garage has been completely transformed from a tip hole to a more organised space, which I can actually walk around in. The staff were friendly, gave me as much information as possible on what I was purchasing, was patient and offered me next day delivery, which was lovely as it meant I didn't have to wait around too long before starting the set them up. I can't rate them enough and I am be back in the future to buy more.

I Have Just Completed A New Garage And Have Purcha
I have just completed a new garage and have purchased 5 of the large racks. They arrived the next day as promised and it took me about an hour or so to put all 5 of them up. I am not sure why the previous reviewer had so many difficulties but I do think he/she may have assembled them the wrong way round as I nearly did that with the first rack. They are rock solid when assembled and I am chuffed to bits. As a matter of fact, I ordered a workbench last week but have not had a chance to put it up yet. My only gripe would be that they forgot to include the free mallet although they did post it on once I told them. This meant I had to wait an extra day to put the racks up. Other that I cannot fault the servie or product.

Being A Small Business And On The Verge Of Opening
Being a small business and on the verge of opening i decided we needed some racking to use for keeping stock in our back area, having spent a day looking at what was avalible i decided on using monsterracking.co.uk, they sell racking in both a blue and a grey colour, their website explains how their racking is easy to put together and requires no bolts, which i thought would be perfect for us.
I recieved a call the same day to tell me they had sold out of the blue racking and that id have to wait till the end of feb before it was back in stock (almost 25 days which would not have done) so instead they changed it over to grey shelving.
Having today finished putting this shelving together i would avoid it again in the future, although it did come very quickly (next day delivery) although the concept on boltless sounds like a good thing, i can assure you it is not.
I lost track of the times we had managed to build the first 2 levels only for a slip and a little upwards pressure to send the whole lot crashing to the floor, it took us 3 hours to build 5 units which is resonable but i do believe that unless there is constantly heavy things on these shelves, it would only take someone to accidently knock one of the shelves upwards and ud been looking at rebuilding that unit again.
Good Points:
It did go up fairly quickly i guess, and does look the part with MDF panels.
Bad Points:
Is not very stable unless fully loaded with lots of heavy things.
Putting it together was not entirely fun having it colapase again and again.
Joining the bottom section to the top is not fun as it seems every corner must slip in together which would require 4 people..
Conslusion: If you want real hardcore racking, try and source out some second hand bolt type, it'll be much stronger and a hell of a lot cheaper.
Dont be fooled into thinking you need the mallet that is advertised as being a needed tool on their website, having bought one i failed to need it once.
I am a 76 year old man and managed to assemble 3 90cm wide racks in less than 2 hours - single handed. This is an excellent product and outstanding value
