On a trip to Norway the room I got did not a view despite the hotels.com website showing photos with a view.

Thoroughly misleading.

Two complaints to customer services and no response after over a month.

Won't be using again.

I have booked 3-4 times with Hotels.com and recently for the last time as they over-charged me and offered no solution to fix the problem. I recently booked a room advertised at a $215/night regular rate and $160/night Hotels.com special rate. In fact, I was charged the $215/night full rate which I did not notice until the following week when doing my expenses. Customer service was zero help and offered zero solutions. They say they cannot go back to that day to check the advertised rates - which is ridiculous given technology today - and basically means they just don't want to go back to check the rate. I won't be booking with them again.

Looking for a Hotel is easy with hotels.com,very fair pricing and simple

booking procedure.Would definitely use again.Just booked Paris Hotel in

Las Vegas.

I booked a room with hotels.com 5 months prior to my departure, I was told that I would receive a discount for booking early and did not. I was also told that our resort fee's would be included in the cost of our reservation. But upon arrival to the hotel we had to pay over a hundred dollars in fee's. I would not recommend this website to anyone! Next time I will go with expedia.

Skulle aldrig rekommendera någon att boka sin hotellvistelse genom Hotels.com - otroligt dålig och nonchalant kundtjänst, ständiga problem vid incheckningen och till och med skenbokningar som inte blir av pga "overbooking". Deras Welcome Rewards stamgästprogram är totalt värdelöst eftersom de rakt av vägrar att sätta poäng för nätterna och påstår att "ärendet är ivägskickat till en annan avdelning för behandling". Den värsta personen är chef "Jessica" på kundtjänsten som möter kunder illa, ger felaktig information för att bli av med klagomål och sedan inte står för sina ord. Typisk "monkey business".

Sedan får man alltid värsta möjliga rum på hotell om man bokar genom dem. Så mitt råd är - boka direkt hos hotellen. Då slipper ni alla besvär med girig och okompetent mellanhand och ska få bästa mottagandet.

We booked a hotel and where unable to go after I took really ill and had to go in to hospital. They had absolutely no interest in providing any kind of credit nor even gift vouchers as a gesture of goodwill as they said it was non refundable booking end of. They also refused to give me any credits towards a free night stay for every 10 nights accommodation booked and paid for and to make matters worse they then declined my cashback through quidco even though they were happy to take the full payment of £230.00 from me. A terrible company, i have since deleted my account with them and have advised family and friends to go to expedia instead. The company i booked my flights with happily give me a credit as a gesture of goodwill on a non refundable booking so I am right in saying that hotels.com don't really care much about anything other than making profits.

hotels.co has many different hotels at great rates for Atlanta, which i went for a business conference. their website is user friendly and simple to use and compare hotel rates, ratings and amenities. i would recommend this site to anyone that wants a smooth simple process to get a great hotel at cheap prices.
