I rate the Soviet PSO-1 sniper sight highly for what it was intended for in the days when it was issued. It has a good clear image with my favourite Dragunov style range finder reticule, it is of military production so quality is good and it is very robust. The reticule illuminates in red for shooting in fading light and an original PSO-1 will also have the infra red screen that can be rotated into view and this will detect the signature from any active infra red devices such as infra red search lights and sights etc allowing you to elude them or shoot to remove their threat etc. Great item overall and very collectable.
