I dont think so. These companies are insurance brokerage companies. It is the insurance company that is giving you the trouble i guess. No Policy covers for pre-existing conditions. Did you read the fine print? I got my claims passed and got my money back too. In fact within the PPO network, I did not have to pay anything except the deductables. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SINCE IT HELPED ME TO SAVE MY CASH.
Don't gt this insurance. We payed extra for my mother in laws insurance considering she has per existing conditions..nor visitors coverage is not willing o pay for a regular doctors checkup. It's been six months and they are just unnecessarily post ponying the claim for just a doctors checkup..it had been better if we had not aken visitors coverage and just paid the doc visit by cash
Bottom line.....not recommended
