I recently ordered a Viewsonic VP2768-4K, it was £479 and well worth it, but this isn't about the monitor it's about the company for anyone with doubts about the legitimacy of the company as in honesty I had due to not knowing the name and thinking the website is a little dated albeit functional (quite good actually when you get used it it), I took what at the time felt like a little bit of a risk and ordered anyway.

I can confirm that their system works, they are efficient and they ship items as fast as humanly possible as it arrived two days later (I ordered at 1am on a sunday).

Don't be afraid to order from them, I received the item I ordered next working day and it's quite a large item. I am happy with it, and I was happy with the service I received I have not had to deal and customer service as what I ordered works, and I don't wish to return it. I have full confidence that if anything you ordered did arrive damaged they wouldn't hesitate to do everything they could to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Review is a bit long, but well done for getting this far. All in all will use them again.

I am experiencing problems receiving the package as the label is missing(Information from UPS.com) and the package cannot be delivered to my address.

In addition, I have placed the order on the 11th of January, However the tracking number sent to me says that the package was sent on the 7th of January(4 days before I ordered the package. 

They do not answer to phone calls to customer service nor to emails.

Do not order anything from them.

If the situation changes I will update this review.

Having searched a number of sites for my Canon Flat Bed Scanner and finding them to be 'out of stock' I was pleased to see UK Computers were able to supply and no profiteering mark-up. Product arrived in good time despite limitations due to Corona Virus.

Ordered a Lenovo tablet at a very good price by post. We live in a rural area and parcel force had trouble finding us. I contacted UK Computers and they were very efficient in speaking with parcel force and tracing my parcel. They kept me fully informed and my parcel arrived safely a couple of days later. I felt quite happy they would sort the problem out, they were very professional. I would buy from them again.

Searched for several days to find one of these - had Targus laptop bags before - 10 years on still going strong. Many sites showed this item out of stock,no delivery dates for new stock and more expensive. UK computers had 12 at the time at a very good price. Ordered at about 13:00 hours, delivered next day. Excellent all round service,had what I wanted at the right price,easy transaction,what more can you ask for?

Hi, I am a Which member and always purchase through Which recommended sellers, however this time I got burnt. I purchased a car dash cam which never arrived they did send me a packet of envelopes instead. When I enquired where my dash cam was they said they had delivered it however when I said they had not they investigated further to say yes they had delivered envelopes instead of the dash cam. Kind enough to say the wont charge me for the envelopes, but i wanted the dash cam.

I was looking on the hot uk deals website and came across a phone which I was interested in. The price was quite good and I needed a quick and cost effective replacement phone for my father.

However when I went into the website I was a little apprehensive about ordering from the site, and also reading many people commenting on how they wouldn’t buy anything from this website, due to it being “old fashioned”.

I have to dispel the above thoughts that people have. Because the service I received from this company was next to none. It was disappointing that the item I ordered was out of stock. However they called me to advise me of this and cancelled the order for me straight away, however then suggested alternatives.

I ordered a different similar handset which was delivered efficiently.

Highly recommend this website and company, please do t let the website put you off.

My power lead to my Sony TV I want to a local retailer and they did not have the part in . So I looked on the internet and I found uk computers which I looked at I also read the reviews on this and there was not a bad review. So I place my order and within an hour I had a e mail informing me my order was been processed and they give the date it would arriving and true to their word the part arrived on the date . This company is a first class company
