Very Disappointing

I went through gobananas to. arrange a hens night , I was very disappointed with the whole process, you are better off going to the venue direct not only will it be cheaper but the venue will tell you of any restrictions, which was not the case with us, there were misunderstanding about the venue and the venue that was booked was not suitable for either the amount of people we had or what we wanted to do, had they advised us of the venue restrictions we would never had gone through that venue. What you expect when going through a company like this is constant contact, itinerarys, and clear knowledge of what they are selling.

Not Worth It

Just been on the Party Bus, firstly I have to say that the girls and guy on the bus were fantastic, really customer focused. We had a woman driver who was great, but part way through the night the driver has changed to this obnoxious guy who clearly didn't want to be driving a bus and his attitude was absolutely disgraceful. You have to get off the bus to go into certain bars, there is no option to stay on the bus as this bus has 3 trips on the same night, so you get off and another group get on, so in theory this is not your bus for the night, they don't tell people that when your booking it. You are lead to believe that this is your bus for the night, not the case. I wouldn't recommend this at all you pay £25 per person, remember to take your own plastic glasses which we did as you get nothing like that on the bus. Save your money and go to the grassmarket and you can go into as many bars as you like without getting on an old LRT bus. In fact book a limo but not from this company.

Appalling Customer Service

Booked a hen party (2 hour life drawing session) 3-4 months prior to event and paid deposit and full amount with 2 months to go. On the Monday before the event Go Bananas discovered that the outsourced company no longer existed (the payment they made was returned). They didn't inform me of this. I telephoned on Thursday to check the length of the session because the facilitator contacted me and told me it was 1 hour - they then chose to tell me about the problem and offered a £5 discount for the loss of one hour. They had outsourced to another company who wouldn't do the same activity for 2 hours. They could not find an alternative and I was not satisfied with £5 discount, so they offered £6, still not happy so then offered £10 and explained that it would be coming out of the employee's (who booked party) salary! I assume that this was to try and encourage me to not accept the discount. Very poor customer service and unreliable. Very disappointing indeed.

When Planning A Stag Do Try And Incorporate Day Ac

When planning a stag do try and incorporate day activities so that the lads don't just spend all day in the pub getting lashed. It's also a great excuse to try out activities you've never done before, from white water rafting in some of Scotland's top rivers to quad biking across a Welsh mountain.
