A terrible service from the Torquay department. Mis-information given by the guy who said he was in charge with contradictions fom the beginning. Was promised dates that were not adhered to for fireplace & fire, and the price fluctuated from the beginning with lots of ad-ons and hidden charges.

The quality of the work was poor and needed other company to come and rectify the mess. Once these problems were highlighted to the guy in charge he went missing and denied what he had agreed to.

There are much more credible firms to use (one in Queensway for example) in Torbay unless you have lots of money to waste.

The fire I purchased from Fireworld is truly beautiful and I have used it almost every day since being installed. After 13 years of wanting a wall hung gas fire, and several unsuitable fires bought and returned, I finally found the fire that I am totally in love with! Thank you for the great customer service and excellent value for money! Beautiful chrome finish with easy access to the controls. Only criticism would be that the trim is stuck on with magnets and could have been a slightly stronger fixing, but this is minor and overall I love my purchase! Definitely recommend it to others.

Ordered a Flavel Arundel 5kw Stove which was priced very competitively. Although stated a 72hr delivery more likely 5-7 days but still very efficient and kept up to date with fast responses to all my email queries.

I bought a Delta Halewood electric fireplace off Fireworld recently and just wanted to comment on the product and service I received. They quoted 10 days for delivery but to my amazement I received the goods within 5 days, very good quality, well packaged with no issues with good communication. I had a few queries over the operation of the fire and I found their customer services team to be very helpful and knowledgeable in answer my questions. Their price for this fireplace was the lowest I could find anywhere and they have a good easy to understand website with a lot of information compared to other websites I visited. All in all a very good company to deal with
