Ordered by Muubaa leather jacket from Spoiledbrat and it arrived the next day. Ordered two sizes and sent the other one back using their free returns service. Would Highly recommend this website.

Designed very well. Easy navigation on www.spoiledbrat.co.uk. Shame about the prices. It would cost me cheaper to order the same bag from the US with customs fees on top.

The Spoiled Brat site is truly amazing, I have just done my 10th order in teh past 6 months. always recieve top class serivce from this site the staff are lovely and very helpfull with any questions i have aask with regrads to size's etc. items are always recieved with in 3 working days which is amazing as asos take up to a week!!!! great site and would recomment it to anyone and everyone

very speedy delivery items came exaclty as pictured on Spoiled Brat site. very pleased and very good value for money as i did manage to get some bargains in the sale.

I really love this site though only discovered it recently. I really wanted a Lauren Moshi top but they were a tad expensive on other sites, but spoiled brat had them for about £15 less so I ordered straight away. I placed my order on a saturday night and it arrived on Tuesday morning which I thought was fairly prompt!

Unfortunately i entered my e-mail address incorrectly and so didn't get sent confirmation but when I e-mailed them they got back to me very quickly and amended my mistake

Am I Bovvered could very well be the motto of the customer service department of Spoiled Brat.

I complained about receiving only one instead of two items and have emailed many times. Each time the same unidentified person sends a brief response conveniently ignoring the issues raised.

I find it difficult to accept that this low level of understanding is genuine and am more inclined to think it is a ploy to wear me down until I forget about my refund.

I really liked all the different products on the Spoiled Brat sight and the prices were really good!! there top designer stuff is gorge!! the delivery was really goodly priced and was here within days. very good sight, will be on it again soon!!

Am a true spoiled brat now!! Great service I received from this site. I had placed an order with asos whom let me down at the last minute and I came across spoiled brat by luck. I found this site in reveal mag recently and since then ive been totally hooked & have bought loads! The service has been outstanding & staff really helpful. They have sent me a 30% off everything loyalty card and when u recommend a friend via their site u get a tenner and so does ur mate, unreal! Love all their product, its really funk and ecxiting stuff that u dont find anywhere else & the prices and sales they run are out of this world! I love it!
