I ordered an item for a birthday present a week before and paid for faster postage. A week later; nothing. No information or communication aside from the confirmation of payment. I sent them a message asking for an update and a refund it were to take too long. The next day I got a refund although I had NO communication or reply from them at all. If they can't deliver what you pay for, they should at least inform the customer. Now gone elsewhere more reliable!… Read Full Review

After searching all over the internet for an affordable Funko Wreck-It Ralph Pop Vinyl I finally found some in stock through the Bobble Heads UK website. The item I was searching for was out of stock everywhere I had looked or was a price I wasn't willing to pay. Not to mention most sites were American and thus sold in USD, not shipping to the UK.
