Had a beautiful black velour divan base delivered today, came dot on time, wrapped well, lovely chrome touches on it. So pleased with it, would recommend comfy zone without a doubt. Would use this company again

purchased a king size ottoman bed frame and it is lovely.

had no issues whatsoever.

my order was processed quickly and delivered very fast.

courier called me one day prior to delivery, as i was promised.

I purchased a crushed velvet grey bed from comfy zone, order was placed over the phone. after 4 days they called me to book delivery for next day. they gave me 3 hour window slot for delivery. On the delivery day their driver called me approx 30 minutes before arriving to check if i was at home.

received the bed within no time, really happy with and would definitely buy again.

Ordered a mattress and bed base, was worried as I had no email confirmation from comfy zone . However was reassured when I rang and they had my details. They said they would deliver the following week, and indeed they have. Pleased with the product. The delivery men were polite and courteous despite having had a very long day ( I think I was one of their last customers.

I have ordered numerous beds from them and had lots of problems. The number of excuses they gave should give me enough information to write a book!!

I am in the process of preparing the small claims court paperwork and let them see if they respond to this as i WONT give in now

December 5th 2011 First used

January 8th 2012 Support structure of 2x metal rods snaps and on inspection reveals the poor quality metal that is it's construction.

Since then email gymnastics prove futile as the company claims they have the right to change the materials that the bed support is made from (they boast a solid wooden support spine but in fact we are sent inferior quality, thin metal)

Instead they send replacement (identical) parts which after I fit last 2 days.

I have a cmall claims court judgment in my favour (Comfyzone did not even appear in court to 'defend' themselves and (as of October 1st) still they have not paid. Taking the next step later today.

i ordered a carpet and lining from comfy zone and was promised to deliver and fit on a tuesday but never arrived after making numerous phone calls but did come the next day again after numerous calls. on the day of the fitting the fitter asked do you need underlay dont forget i ordered the carpet for my father as a present.shouldnt the fitter know what he has come for. my brother went upto the shop and explained to the lady behind the counter but she was not helpful and said the fitter has gone to manchester and he will sort it out. my brother wanted to speak to the manager but she ignored my brothers request. its been 3 days nothing has been sorted. i would not use this company again there communication skills are very poor

i never got my full refund back.

Never collected when it was stated and was never notified of a delivery charge. no one replied to any of my emails.

Took money for bed, failed to deliver on time when promised one day and then tried to deliver 4 days later at 10.00pm at night!

Basically, DON'T BUY A BED FROM BRADFORD!
