I have bought my husband 2 pairs of shoes from Henry James in the last month and have to say that the service I received was excellent. The website is very appealing and so easy to navigate,delivery was on time, packageing and presentation was excellent. The quality of the shoes is fantastic and the styles I bought were very well presented on the website thats why I bought a second pair, and will certainly be buying more in the future as well as recommending Henry James to friends and family.

I ordered a pair of HJ shoes, but the uppers were very stiff and creased very badly. The shoes look great on the photos and when they come out of the box, but after just a few minutes, they looked terrible and were uncomfortable. Of course, by this time, it was too late to send them back, so I guess it comes under "buyer beware"!
