Greatest high energy talented Elio Pace. Absolutely love him. Brilliant backing musicians and a night to remember. I know he does The Billy Joel songbook but I bet this guy could sing anything. The crowd warms to him instantly and the show jumps from the minute the band strikes up. My only criticism is the dress code. A wee bit effort on this side would not go amiss. Especially Elios' boots. They need the bin and the suits not far behind. Splash out a little. Buy yourselves some new gear to wear. You owe it to your audiance. However I would still come to see you if you were wearing overalls. Actually that might be better.

For the time this record takes to play out, it's near impossible to contemplate the burden the financial situation brings in the lead up to Christmas. A truly joyful, soulful, mouthful of jazz that sparks copious youthful images. Its big classic melody is an instant hit, whilst familiar, it's tasteful and classy. The team of trumpets don't hold back in announcing Elio Pace's joy for this 'Special Day'.
This is a genuinely uplifting song and it revels in being just this. The vocals mirror what the song seems to achieve so graciously. Though there are numerous attempts at Christmas songs ever year, this one really stands out from the crowd. It is one we can see being played year on year, maybe it will get old, or maybe it could become a classic. We might be falling into a hit or miss situation here but we'll stick our neck out and claim it will be the former.
