Bright House

Took out a Sony Z3 Compact smartphone out with Bright House. My touch screen became unresponsive so I took down to the store and been told it'll take a MINIMUM of 4 weeks! Now I understand it was my fault for the screen to lose touch but 4 weeks to repair? Contacted Sony and ask how long it would take to repair a screen with unresponsive and they said 5-7 days! I'm not happy with Bright House as I'm left with no phone STILL paying for the phone in which I won't have for 4 - 6 weeks. Absolutely shocking.

I would of liked to know before purchasing how long it would of took to repair, it states no where on the site or anywhere how long repair can be.

Accepted for credit in the Chatham store, I ordered a sofa for delivery on mon 11 aug. Having not heard anything! I rang on the mon to check delivery time, only to be told that head office had declined my order!

Bright house claim to have attempted to contact me about this, although neither of my telephone numbers have any missed calls, nor messages! If I had not contacted them, I would have still expected my sofa and, as it stands, they have left a pregnant woman sitting on the floor!

We should have Been informed before purchasing that, even if accepted in store, head office can still decline and I do not believe they tried very hard, if at all, to contact me.

Bright house offers appalling service and then try to lie their way out of trouble! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
