I was after a good working watch, accurate, light and simple and the watch I ordered was Seiko Kinetic SAA493P1. It was cheaper than other website but took approx 2 weeks to receive it from the day of ordr. When I received it not very impressed because it is simple watch. However, Initially I found it very light infact lighter than my old one but, that is what I was expecting. The price is I felt bit expensive but it is good quality, light , accurate and very clear to read at night due to luminious marks. This purchase was dfinately good value for money so I am happy and using as working watch. I recomend to buy as simple working watch.

BEWARE!!! I made the mistake of believing the Seiko marketing, that by buying a Kinetic watch, I'd never have to buy a battery again - which is true you won't (as they have a capacitor/rechargable battery instead). However, what they don't tell you, is that whilst a 'normal' watch battery will last approx 5 years and cost circa £10 to replace including the seal, the Kinetic units need a service every 2-3 years or they will fail...and the cost of this service? £85 yes you read right, EIGHTY FIVE POUNDS STERLING. So before you embark on purchasing a SEIKO KINETIC watch, think again - and don't.
