This debut release by The Tate's Hell Blues Band gives me chill bumps! Sooped Up Southern Boys is all original and was recorded live with no overdubs or extra tracks, it is pure simple fun. Killer grooves, straight ahead boogie, superb vocals, and catchy hooks kept me listening. Not as slick or over produced as some big studio efforts, the in your face tones and high-energy vibe is a blast. These guys have a great sound, 5 stars for sure.
