Problem with delivery: In my case I wanted to get a confirmation from 1ticketlive concerning delivery time and address, but it was really difficult to get in toúch. Only by e-mail, and e-mail was answered to after 48-72 hours. Not good.

I bought tickets for a Arsenal vs Fulham game last season. This is the second time that I purchased tickets from these guys, and the communication and service was delivered as promised. I've read about other websites not delivering tickets on time etc, and I myself was worried that these guys could be the same. Definitely not the case, and I would have no hesitation purchasing tickets again the next time I'm back home in England for an Arsenal game.

At first I was very skeptical about paying for the ticket. You hear many reviews and rumours about a lot of the tickets sold online being fake. However, this website is completely legit. (Thank god) Jason is an extremely kind man, though he must be very busy, makes time to make sure you're ok and keeps you informed as to what's happening with your ticket. I will definately use this website again....although...the prices are a bit horrendous, but I love my team enough to pay it. There was a slight problem with the delivery but it came on the day before the match. So don't panic if you think it won't turn up...it will. Amazing service.

It was one of the first time I bough a ticket and I can't afford to go more often to see a game at 130 pounds. I don't know how others do to get the original ticket at 40 pounds.

I enjoyed the service and I can recommand the website. But my advise for a normal person will be to stay at home or to do it once in your life.
