Amy's Gifts Personalised Handkerchiefs

I was looking for a handmade gifts store and found Amy's. I ordered a personalised handkerchiefs for my new born nephews (twins). The result was fantastic. A very beautiful and nice inscription of their names on the handkerchiefs. Thank you Amy, or wehoever made this beautis. This is aperfect gift or souvenire for someone!

Awful website, steer clear!

I ordered some personalised handkerchiefs for my husbands birthday saying it would take 1-3 working days delivery.

After 5 working days I still had no item.

I emailed the customer services department and they honestly couldn't care less!

I had sarcastic replies, and then was even sent a copy of my own email.

They then told me my item was at my local delivery office, when I went to pick it up it was actually something else I had ordered from a different website.

My item from Amy's gifts wasn't there and never had been!

I then emailed this (very angry now) to them and asked what had happened, they ignored me for 6 days.

Never told me what was happening and never once offered a refund!

I had to buy another present so was out of pocket.

Now I still have no item!

Awful awful website and no idea how to deal with customers!!

Ordered two sets of personalised white handkerchiefs for both my Grandparents with their initials embroidered on in a pretty teal colour. I also ordered gifts boxes for each. I was amazed when my order arrived the very next day, as I was expecting it to take at least a week like some other websites I looked at. The personalised hankies are good value and look very nice. My grandparents were thrilled with their gifts. I have recommended my family and friends and will shop with Amys Gifts again soon.

Firstly, would like to say beautifully presented - both packs of hankies in a see-through bag with a bowed ribbon - lovely!

However the names were not quite centralised into the corners of the handkerchief (although I don't think this will bother the children!).

One set of names were in red (fantastic, nice and bright!) but the other set was in white (not as bright or noticeable, shame).

Delivered very quickly, great!

Overall, great product but would be great if there was a chance to see an example of what to expect on-screen and a chance to request colours.

An excellent product and very rapid completion of order and delivery.
