This satellite navigator is kinda slow type of navigator I had it but had to replace it after just three months due to its inconveniencing nature. It needs extra patience!I would advice you to buy it unless if you maybe be having little money and it is the only option left though generally I wouldn't advice you to pick on it because it does not give value for your money.

I have had one of these for 2 years now. I am an Openreach field engineer who travels daily in small villages, large towns and Cities. This SatNav has served me pretty well, however the reason I write this is that the Item failed. I rang the help desk and the guy said it would need re-flashing, post it and they would deal. I posted it on Sunday afternoon and got it back today. (Wed) Perfect. Not Bad eh!! PS cost me 50p postage and 39p for a jiffy bag. They returned it for free.

Zero out of ten / DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Got from Halford's last year thinking would be quality given endorsed by RAC but what a waste of money. Have had to replace unit twice in past 6 months (always a long wait in Halfords store) because software keeps encountering a fault, but as I can't read Chinese I'm not sure exactly what type of fault. This fault made me more than 30 minutes late for a meeting the other week so have taken back for complete refund. Going to get a Garmin from Argos as Halford's website is unreliable.

Somewhat slow in processing where exactly I am at times. For example, I will have turned a corner and the cursor on-screen takes several seconds to catch up. This occurs somewhat frequently and the camera alerts can seem random at times i.e warning me when there is no camera actually on a particular road.
Has plenty of options and with the news of an expansion in voices (celebs etc.) - the route 66 store, from which this satnav links to, has some potential. £60 in halfrauds. Does it's job well enough to justify the money paid.

I went to the outlet centre in Street Somerset, and instead of coming home the usual way (@ 1.5 hours) I decided to do what the Sat Nav said. After taking me into the heart of Bristol, I finally got home almost 5 hours later, half a tank of fuel down and worn out - not a happy Hecter! I've never used it since

Available at stores like Halfords at just under £60 this is an excellent entry level SatNav. However and that is a big HOWEVER if you have previously owned a more up-market model such as a Garmin then you will immediately notice the difference. Not just the overall 'feel' of the unit the limitations soon become apparent. I bought one to replace my aged Garmin 550. I brought it home and played with it. Within a few minutes I realised that it was a false economy. I packed it up again and returned it to Halfords and bought another Garmin.
This is not to say this isn't a good SatNav. It is excellent value and eminently suitable for someone who needs a SatNav once in a Blue Moon. Serious users should plump for a more expensive unit. I favour Garmins but as a Sailor I would say that wouldn't I. Garmins are renowned in Maritime Leisure and commercial circles for their quality of build and after sales.
