Had a lovely bedroom fitted and on completion I was asked to do a review and relieve a £25 goodwill gesture. I posted an honest review praising the company. I later messaged and said I had done as asked I was messaged and told Akram would drop the money off. A week later I messaged again asking for the money to be dropped off, I got no reply this time. So much for goodwill, very poor and now I wouldn’t recommend or return to have my kitchen done. Look after your customers and you will get the work!

We went to the showroom to look at bedroom units we were offered a free design visit with no pressure to buy, we returned to look at the design and were pleased that the designer had listened to what we wanted! We were given the total price including the fitting, so we knew what we were paying, no hidden extras! We were able to bring home the wood samples we had chosen to look at them in our bedroom light to make sure we were satisfied. We had chosen white cupboards with a wood surround so this gave us peace of mind before we confirmed our final choices. We placed our order and were given a provisional fitting date, it was just one day later than stated so no complaints. The fitting team were great asking at every stage of the fit if everything was to our liking, we had a few little problems that were ironed out straight away , a custom made corner unit proved a bit of a problem as it would have looked too big for the space it was going in but this was no trouble for the fitters they cut it down to ensure it looked good in the corner it was sitting in a fab job! The fitters took all their rubbish away and left everything clean and tidy. My bedroom looks amazing we are so pleased with it

"Our company ethos places the customer first and we pride ourselves on walking the extra mile to ensure everyone of our customers is completely satisfied." - when this is a false statement. Clearly from the reviews and my experience - this is not something they strive themselves on.

All 1* Reviews are right, you are sold a dream pre-sale (Payment UPFRONT may I add) once the kitchen is 'fitted' there is no genuine after care. Record all your correspondence with this company as I guarantee you will need to take things further - they will just fob you off continuously.

Wardrobes would be excellent if they ever get finished. Promise after promise after promise. Someone will call but doesn’t. We’ve got the parts then we haven’t then we have then we haven’t. Wrong parts sent (wrong colour) wrong sizes despite at least 3 different staff measuring. They insist on 100% payment up front but once they’ve got your money they have little interest in customer service. Major mistake on my part. Company also known as Create kitchens and bedrooms.

I have had a shaker kitchen installed and it looks lovely. The electrical appliances are of good quality. The person who designed the kitchen couldn't have designed it any better and I have now got a kitchen with twice as much space for kitchen equipment and food ect. The kitchen fitter did a good job. I had a stud wall installed and the plasterer was very good. Overall everything went fine

Horrendous kitchen fitter. So many things done wrong and had to be adjusted by the company’s more experienced kitchen fitter!

Gaping gaps around the hob too wide to be camouflage with silicone, wooden edging had to be used.

One cupboard had gaping gaps and the doors were not the same size, after complaining, doors of the same size we fitted.

The extractor fan was installed too high, so an extension was added to the bottom to improve its looks.

The draining board, drains backwards away from the sink, which is still a problem.

Less than two years on, the tap needed replacing.... and now 3 years down the line the CDA appliances are breaking down, and sadly their customer service is inefficient!

The dishwasher started leaking 16th November and was still under warranty for parts. After contacting CDA we were told a fee of £119 had to be paid upfront for labor. Then after many hours of waiting on the phone to arrange an engineer to visit and after 2 visits by the engineer, we were told today 28th January, more than 2 months later, that the parts will not in fact be covered by the warranty and our £119 will not be refunded.

We are feeling like we are the victims of bad business practice.
