“Worst valet parking company”

Phoned 20mins prior to arrival as instructed, waited at the car park as instructed, during the course of 40mins and various phone calls and broken promises no one arrived. So we didn't miss out flight I had to leave the keys on the wheel and hope it got collected. On collection, phoned as requested turned up at the car park and then had a 30 minute wait. Rubbish appalling service. Will never use this company again.

“Disorganised and lack of information”

We booked the Maple Manor meet & greet service with an overnight stay in the Felbridge Hotel. Firstly, they sent us a confirmation with the wrong dates and wanted to charge us for an extra day's parking. When I called to query it the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and was somehow convinced that even with the correct dates we still owed them an extra day. Took an age to sort out. I was told over the phone that we booked B&B at the hotel - imagine my surprise at checkout when I was asked to pay £32 for breakfast. They argued that my confirmation didn't state breakfast included, but neither did it state room only. Ended up having to pay up - the most expensive piece of toast I've ever eaten. Called the number when we were 15 minutes from the airport and got cut off. Sketchy instructions about the location of the meet & greet. Was told they'd be there in 5 minutes, 15 minutes later we were still waiting. The same thing happened on our return. Ok value for money, but check and double check all your correspondence as they are extremely disorganised.

We used parking4less online booking to arrange our holiday airport parking and a second time for a business trip. It was easy to use and compared airport parking costs. We really liked that we had a choice to choose which car park we were going to use and had the ability to put in our important travel information. It was a great experience and easy to book airport parking. The transportation to the terminal was easy and hassle free. The kids and our luggage were picked up easy. Great experience and easy to book airport parking. My husband used the website for his business travels and had the same experience.

I just wanted to say thanks for offering such a great deal for hotel and 10 days parking while my husband and I were recently on holiday. To be perfectly honest, we booked the deal up with you thinking 'this price looks too good to be true, which means it probably is' but I have to say that we were very impressed. We will definitely be using Parking 4 Less again!

“The Park & ride fast transfer service is the worst...”

The Park & ride fast transfer service is the worst experience I have ever encountered. Not only is it incredibly time consuming (1.5hr) and nearly made us miss our flight (compared to Long stay we've used many times), on the way back the 'drop off' service we paid for broke my car and phoned me to say it was left on the A23 and then offered no help to fix or retrieve it. I had to leave my wife and 6-month old child at the collection point where they promised they would look after them and keep warm. I later arrived in a tow truck to find them freezing cold and crying. They'd offered no help or assistance and were totally incapable of communicating with each other and dealing with the situation. Totally ###ing useless / disgraceful. Do not use

“I fly in and out of Gatwick airport way too frequently...”

I fly in and out of Gatwick airport way too frequently to pay the expensive parking fees at the airport. While doing some research for the best off-site parking options I discovered Parking 4 Less. I normally don't post reviews, but I was so impressed with their prices and prompt transfer service I wanted help spread the word to other frequent flyers who don't have mates to run them back and forth to the airport or who can't stand to get the trains.
