Angelsey Walking Holidays organised our week's walk perfectly. We had said that we would like if possible to have a day's break and visit Parys Mountain to see the old copper mine workings. It didn't at first seem possible but part way our walk we got a callto say that they had tracked down a local guide who was prepared to give us a guided tour. He was very good and it was a highliht of our trip. Three hours, hearing all the history of the place, all for £3.50 each!

The company "Anglesey Walking Holidays" provided our group (19 people) with excellent
service and arranged very good, convenient accommodation.
They met us at the railway station, transported us to our hotel and planned walks around the island's
beautiful coastline.
Detailed route directions and maps were supplied together with a packed lunch each day if
required.
We were transported to the start of the walk when necessary, given distance options and a
choice of pick-up points depending on our walking ability and weather conditions.
A phone call was all that was needed for the vehicle to arrive and transport us back to our hotel.
The island has wonderful walks with magnificent views and we found everyone helpful and friendly.

Our first walking holiday ever and it was absolutely perfect. Anglesey Walking Holidays arranged everything from pick up at the train station in Bangor to accomodation to lunch packets. We first walked two days on the Anglesey Coastal Path which was very nice. As we also wanted to walk in the Snowdonia area they tailor made two walking trips for us there. We really enjoyed our stay in Wales and hope to come back some day for more walks.

Anglesey Walking Holidays provide a full booking service for walking on Anglesey, including - booking the accommodation, providing daily route cards and providing transport to/from the start/end of each days walk if not at the accommodation.
The service provided by AWH was excellent - they were flexible in the bookings arrangements; prompt in responding to all correspondence; very friendly during the weeks walking.
All accommodation was of a high standard and reasonably priced. The daily walking route cards were very informative and easy to follow.
Overall, Anglesey Walking Hoidays can be recommended if you want an organised walking holiday in the North Wales area.
