This is the 3rd time in 14yrs I have used Palicomp for a gaming PC and they have been nothing but helpful. I sent in a list of everything I wanted in the PC along with sending in my current Graphics card, Fans and SSD units which they installed for me. Took the guys a week from order to delivery and kept me updated in progress. I have recommended them to friends and family and I know of 6 other people that have had them build a gaming PC and know one has had anything bad to say about them. So thanks guys once again and I am sure I will be back when your needed again.

Computer failed to boot up. On-line advice from Palicomp solved the problem quickly. My only criticism is that the literature supplied with the computer gave a phone number for support, but a call to this number just led to a recorded message advising me to use the online support service. Luckily I had access to another computer, otherwise I would have been stuck.

I have bought 3 desk top computers and various accessories from Palicomp over the last 5 years and their customer service and technical support has always been excellent. This week I ordered a new graphics card and they had it delivered the next day. Thank you.

Bought PC for son two years ago, based on great assistance and knowledgeable people! Bloody good deal too!! Same level of support given over the phone, diagnosed problem and sent the part next day and all working again.. Included a few calls as never ever have I opened a PC up but sorted again over the phone. Could recommend more highly!

Palicomp technical support were quick to respond when I contacted them. They were very supportive and able to advise me how to resolve a problem I had with a new PC build.

Was looking for a deal on hotukdeals for a mid-top end spec desktop and this caught my eye. They were a very helpful team when purchasing my new desktop. Emailed me back very quickly and arrived the next day. Had a problem with the PC when it arrived but the support team sorted the issue very swiftly and I'm very happy with my purchase. My PC arrived the next day & is ideal for my needs. I am a Linux OS user & wanted a good quality PC with no OS installed. I installed my OS and the PC is great. I had a strange fault relating to the PC not powering up when I pressed the power on button. Support were great and we were able to zero in on the issue which was the Bios update button catching on the rear panel. Once resolved PC was fine. Great Email & phone support, can't fault Palicomp and fully recommend.

I am very pleased with the computer I bought. It was a very good price for it's spec. I bought it without an operating system and put Linux Mint on it. Just one thing to be aware of there are two HDMI ports on the back. Make sure you plug any monitor into the graphics card HDMI. I initially thought the computer was not working after set up but I did not see the second port. Once I set it up correctly it has very good graphics. I would certainly recommend these computers to friends.

I have been dealing with Palicomp for over 13 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their prices are good and they have a great range of PCs available. I've ordered numerous PCs over the years for my clients (and for myself). On the occasions when I've had an aftersales query, or needed some technical support, they've always been prompt, polite and helpful. In one instance I even got a reply on a Sunday, within half an hour of my email enquiry. My most recent enquiry was BIOS related. I received a reply with a link to a very useful video guide, which answered my query and resolved my problem. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others looking for a great computer, at a great price and excellent customer support.

Over the years I have bought several desktop pc's from Palicomp and in all case the service from sales, after sales and support has been exceptional.

A problem arose on my new pc and I contacted customer support. they responded quickly, worked out what was required and the problem was resolved promptly.

Had been considering upgrading my PC for a while and decided to start my search on Amazon where I initially found a PC component bundle that seemed to suit my needs. But before I committed to the purchase I decided to take a look online to see what other companies offered a similar service. That's when I came across PALICOMP. Using their component selection wizard I was able to build a custom bundle to my own specifications and decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. The following day I received an email to say that a number of the components were out of stock and also advising that the CPU I selected was of an older generation. A different component bundle was suggested which was of a higher specification but at no extra cost to me, which I gladly accepted. The communication was great. I can't praise the sales team at PALICOMP enough for there help and assistance which made the whole transaction a real joy. If your in market to upgrade or want to buy a complete system, I would recommend them without hesitation.
