Coming from inside the business.. Do not shop here unless u want to die or go bankrupt that simple.. watched them fake mot's. Fake insurance. Watched them sell a car that drove feet outside the gate and broke down and refuse to give cash back without going to court .

I ordered some parts which the website claimed to be despatched within 48 hours and free delivery if I spent over £39. once i placed my order I never got free delivery or the 48 hr delivery service. I also cancelled my order. I recieved an email staing that i would get a full refund within 3 days.... still not had this so I email them. sorry our finance deoartment is working on this and you will recieve soon.

I would never let my family go near this place and would encourage others to think long and hard about whether getting the absolute cheapest is worth not only their safety but the safety of their passengers.

Having also been there myself and not just focusing on other peoples reviews or their past problems, I found the majority of their cars to be highly suspect on close inspection. The majority for instance, had leaks or other engine problems that an ordinary person wouldn't be able to spot.

That said, their customer service was actually pretty good, considering the manager had decided to bunk off for the day apparently.

They also sold my car, lied about it for two months and then went into liquidation. Now trading as One Direction Cars - beware!

I left a £300 deposit on a car which was advertised in the forecourt for 2,495. The sales person was very willing to drop to 2,000 for cash. when I looked later on line it was showing as £2000 anyway. I spoke to the sales person about this and he called me a liar saying that I was looking at the wrong car. This was changed to £2495 on line as I was on the phone,which was denied even though I had the proof. I tried to get my deposit back but was refused. the sales person actually swore to my wife(F word) on the phone. If you want to buy car and get after sales service steer clear of these jokers, then hopefully they will be forced out of business. Don't take my word for it look at all the other bad reviews.

Bought a car from them in June...still waiting for the log book and it is now the 3rd August. Ended up buying an RAC Warranty for £395.00 on top of the car's cost...still waiting for that paperwork too! Having contacted the RAC personally, they have advised me that they have had no request or paperwork from Mr. Auto, Aberdare referring to this car...so they got and additional £395 for the car and in return I have no warranty. Contacted them a few days after I purchased the car to advise them of a few problems. Each time they promised to call me back to let me know when/where I should take the car. However they didn't. I said I'd take the car back to them and leave it at their forecourt for them to deal with...they said I would not be allowed to do that as their insurance wouldn't cover the vehicle being on the premises!? Sadly I should have checked out some revues BEFORE my purchase or dealing with this company. Any repairs I've had to do to the vehicle I've had to pay for myself. So BEWARE before you even consider crossing the threshold of this shambles of a company. You have been warned!

Purchased Rover 45 from these idiots... warranty included.... had the car 3 days... garage had it over 5 weeks... i want my money back!! people are so rude there. but nice as pie when sell you a wreck...
