I really liked this movie and it was a great follow up to the first in the saga. I read the book before watching this movie and I felt that the director did a fabulous job at keep the movie true to the original story. This movie was much faster paced and more action packed than the first movie. I really liked the graphics and everything flowed really well and looked real. I would certainly recommend this movie to a friend that is a fan of twilight.

Love twilight! You have to start from the start and watch them all

The coolest move, the Twilight Saga New Moon you have to watch it.

New Moon was funny in the wrong way. Maybe it was the mood we were in but we were laughing in places when no one else was. I suppose this type of film appeals to a very specific audience, not me. I would recommend to some people I know.

Twilight New Moon is really among the best movie I've ever seen. I should not like it considering the fact that it talks about the two lovers split and the girl starts loving someone else but I was surprised that it was not so bad at all. First, thanks to Stephenie Meyer having written the sagas. She really got inspiration. Nobody has ever thought that vampire can have feelings too, that they have that human part still alive in them, that they care about the others. Thanks to her having made another couple Romeo and Juliet, whose love are limitless, pure, young but mature. Chris Weitz is great having made the movie so moving. He showed how much love hurts, how much it turns to obsession, that there is a common sense to be followed. The lesson we get from the movie is: love is everything, love is life but if it's gone, life still goes on. A very goog lesson for the youths. Taking into account the atmosphere, Alexandre Desplat is a real genious. I have never been so much thrilled by the sound from a movie. When Edward left, I could feel the grief, the depth of the parted lovers. And it was also a relief when they were united again.

Having watched the first movie in the series my other half wanted us to watch the 2nd. I thought the first one was OK (a kind of TV movie really...) so thought we'd give it a go.

It wasn't great.

It seemed to be like a TV series that they'd produced and then thought "oh, maybe we should release it as a movie?" - it wasn't very punchy, the storyline was pretty flat and for most of the time nothing really happened of any note.

I wasn't running out screaming, "No no dont make me watch anymore" but I would have been quite happy not to have watched it.

So, overall, not great, but if you've got a couple of hours to kill and there is absolutely nothing else to do maybe consider it...

This film was a terrible experience, the actors failed to engage and were painfully awkward.

The narrative was slow and failed to gather any momentum which made the movie drag.

Some good special effects but that could not save a film that relied on the popularity of its stars to bolster an otherwise ill concieved adaptation of the popuolar book.

my overall impression with this movie was good. some special effect was really good as far as the fighting scenes concerned. however, i don't like this movie because the story is too plain and boring.

I loved new moon!!! As a movie it was visually pleasing with likeable characters and a progressive storyline. I look forward to the latest edition.

Ok, I got sucked in by the hype again, (apologies for pun). I watched Twilight, and was a little disappointed, so wasn't really expecting much from the sequel. I got dragged to watch this movie over the Xmas holidays, and yes, the cinema was filled with teenage girls. Not a great start.

Anyway, back to the movie... it's OK. Not great... probably about the same as Twilight, except a big difference - this time around you're subjected to half naked werewolf men/boys whatever, who use every opportunity to rip off their t-shirts to mop the brow of the nearest damsel in distress. That's pretty much it. There is a story in there somewhere, I promise, perhaps if I read the book i'll get to understand what exactly the author is trying to achieve with these stories.

This must be one of the most amazing films i have ever seen!. Ive read the books which are very different to the films, but im not complaining the books are amazing. i liked all of the film, not a moment of it was dull, it was really upsetting when Edward leaves Bella, but all for good reasons, but the relationship between Jacob and Bella becomes stronger which is nice to see as she becomes depressed after Edwards departure. Before i saw the film the prewiew could have been abit more in depth, or maybe not, but one criticism would be that the book and film is very different, the film seems to miss out vital cliff hangers. But on the whole Twilight Saga : New Moon is Fantastic! recommended to everyone, it makes you laugh, cry, there's a lot of action, what more do you want from a film?
