Really Impressive Experience! Cannot Recomend Highly Enough!
I just moved my site to WebHostingWorld and I have to say that so far I am really impressed by not only the speedy service, but also by everyone who help me get everything in place for my site's move. They even helped me move over my invision board to the new server, when I had some problems doing so myself.
I'm also really pleased by the functionality of the cpanel and the sheer amount of options given to me to control and manage every aspect of my site.
I'm really happy that I made the move and hope to do a lot more business with WebHostingWorld in the future as a result of my pleasant experience with their staff and services.

i had to contact them over paypal to register my domain after 4 days the server is offline many times and slower as my grandmother, do not use this company i wanted to use 30 days money back guarantee its all a big lie they dont pay back, there was a picture with the flag from my country saying 20000 people from my country using this company i dont think so!!!!
this is absolute rubish, first i have to wait then i write them a ticket to ask what happens with my domain i get only stupid messages saying it will be there after a couple of hours, i used paypal thanks god i payed with paypal, to contact them then i get my domain after 4 days!°! Get a real webhoster for your website or business.

Do Not Honour Their Moneyback Guarantee Worstwebhostingintheworld
Despite over a month ago having requested my account be cancelled, one day after opening my account due to issues with the service. This request still has not been fulfilled. I have placed 7 billing support tickets,but all they do is delete the
Their money back guarantee is a joke and is not honoured. I received an email 4 weeks ago stating the account would be cancelled within 72 hours.
Staff are ignorant and do not respond to tickets, if they do ever respond the only reply "what is the issue you are experiencing"

This Is Really The Worst!
i am reviewing this with so much DISGUST and bitterness. i have an account with them and it is not their $1 promotion type. I was stupid enough to pay for a full year at once and guess what?
They literally play my @ss right after the 30 days refund has ended. The first 30 days, there was minimal downtime. I was glad that i was with them. But no NO!! Right after the 30 days period, all my websites have been down everyday! Yes, not for a while, but up to 2 hours, and this is very VERY distressing.
Webhostingworld.net live help? Personally, they entertain you and though they aren't rude, they really think i am a fool! Everyday, im contacting them because my websites are down for an absurd amount of time, and everytime they assure me this will not happen.
I requested a server change back to my original server. They promised to do it if it happens again. But they are just entertaining me and dragging this matter. They will not switch you back to that first stable server. I was referred to their ticket support. Same story, all scripted. They promise and they WILL NEVER fulfil what they promise.
This is the WORST and yes, i was naive to sign up with them because there is my national flag that claims over 10000 clients with them. I realise after, they used a country redirect banner.
Stay Away from them, i urge everyone to do make a valid complaint to the relevant avenue if they have misled you.

As A Member Of A Site That Was Being Hosted Throug
As a member of a site that was being hosted through webhostingworld.net, I have experienced a few problems, failure to upload, hyperlink breakage while the host site servers have been down.
Just recently we were notified that the server our site was being stored on was experiencing catastrophic failures, we were assured that there was a back up of the data and that all would be well.
However as of today, the site has been a victim of a severe glitch resulting in a total loss of all data. Webhostingwords assured the owner of the site that this could be corrected and the failure to upload would also be corrected.
Within an hour, the owner of the site was informed no such back up existed and nothing could be done about the data loss, but the upload failure had been resolved.
The experience as a user of a site hosted on Webhostingworld.net has been very bad, to say that they have a backup and then for it to not be there when something has gone wrong is nothing short of shocking. To learn that the owner has been given the run around for not just one day but an entire week is worse.
If you are a user or someone looking to host a site, do not, please I repeat do not use webhostingworld, find somewhere else.

Webhosting World Is Fine As Long As Nothing Goes W
Webhosting world is fine as long as nothing goes wrong. If you have an issue they do not respond to the tickets, or answer they can find nothing wrong. Their webchat people to my mind are not people at all but ronbots with a programmed list of repsonses. They cannot answer questions with anything other than pre written phrases and 'hang up' when they run out of these. Actually the term 'chat' with these borg like entities is laughable.
The rthing that bothers me is that the problems my site has had occured after their updates. Its a very basic storage site. As i want to stop gringing my teeth and pulling out my hair I am leaving them.

This company is SCAM. Most of the time, the server is down. Guys, if you don't wanna get scammed, STAY AWAY FROM IT. They will make EMPTY promises and do NOTHING. I've Come Across This Review Section By Accident -
I've come across this review section by accident - and felt I had to put my own feedback as some other users have left negative views - due to their own experiences.
For me I've had a reseller package with webhostingworld.net for 12 months+ and I cannot commend their service highly enough - they are the best host company I have ever dealt with (and trust me dealt with many in previous years). Their support is second to none - on those few occasions where I've needed help - they are swift to react - talking minutes, not days/not weeks - I recommend to one and all to use!
- Knowledgeable and quick this is how all hosting companies should be.
