customer service very poor like to take money on on phone as advert on bwcl website

phone listed as sim free got phone came as locked to network spoke TO them and he said he get it sorted 7 days later still not sorted having tried and have spoke to another guy, also very poor service

Ordered online and goods were despatched same day and delivered the very next day to us here in the very North of Scotland. Also great customer service will deinately buy from here again.

A good price - ordered on 20th December 2012 and received the next day on 21st Decomber 2012 - what a good service at a very competitive price.

Very helpful team, very respsonive and competitive prices. Quick delivery also. Extreemly detailed and correct product description.

The caveat? I could not order on the website nor pay by credit card because I am a non-UK customer which made things a bit more complicated, but they were very helpful and we worked out a solution.

Perhaps they might consider adapting their website for international customers and I will probably be back.

Battery went down on APC UPS so googled replacement. BWCL came up offering a good price so purchased and battery arrived 9am next day. They also took particular care to ensure I was buying the correct replacement.

I bought a spare battery for an indentical UPS at the same time but delivery was so quick that will only save a few hours keeping one here ready.

If BWCL supply it I will buy it from them in future.

I've bough a lenovo laptop from BWCL and very happy with the BWCL services. Apart from selling world class product in reasonable price they provide excellent customer service. I was not in UK and encountered a problem with the Fan in my laptop, I contacted BWCL management and their CS staff in no time provided me all the info to get the problem resolved. I was not carrying Invoice with me and they even provided the copy of same immediately so that I can avail the international warranty facility provided with the product. With my experience I recommend every one to buy product from BWCL.
