I Was Introduced To National Money Helpline By A F

I was introduced to national money helpline by a friend. I am in a lot of debt and I was getting very worried that I wasnt going to be able to sort everything out. My friend told me to ring and explain everything to them and they would help. The person that I spoke to was calm , very friendly and really helpful. He made things really clear and explained what they could do to help and how it would all work.

I was a bit worried about having to open a new bank account, but the person i spoke to explained the reason why i needed to, and suggested a couple of banks that would help.

My plan has only just started but I feel like I can see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel.

I Have Been Dealing With National Money Helpline F

I have been dealing with national money helpline for the last few years, the staff have been particularly helpful and have been very pleasant on the phone, answering all queries not only efficiently but also in a personal, friendly manner which is very much appreciated.

I would happily recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I Was Pleasantly Surprised When I Called National

I was pleasantly surprised when i called National Money Helpline, nothing was an awkward or "stupid" question (even if i thought it was!) as i was made to feel like i wasnt on my own, although i felt it sometimes.. i know i can ring them, email my Admin colleague, even speak to the lady who set my plan up (who is a star!) if i wanted to... I was unsure if they could help or not, but after speaking to them, they are true to their word. If they say they will call you at a particular time, or email you something, they do it, unlike another compnay i tried before. I put my financial life min their hands, and now i can get on with the rest of mine, knowing i've got a team of people like this to help me... thank you all so much indeed, i couldn't have done it without you...

I First Called National Money Helpline About 6 Mon

I first called National Money Helpline about 6 months ago following some massive credit card bills after Christmas that I couldn't afford to keep up the monthly payments on. I was pleasantly welcomed by one of the girls who worked there, she was very friendly, understanding and didn't judge my situation.

Since starting my plan with National Money Helpline everything has been dealt with without any stress. I have my own personal administrator who I can call when ever I have queries who again is very friendly and understands my money worries. All my interest has been frozen which is now allowing me to pay my debt back and I am looking forward to being debt free in the future, something I couldn't have imagined before I started with this company. All in all, I have to say the National Money Helpline have been fantastic, I feel the plan is perfect for me as an individual, I do not feel I have been sold a product, which I found other companies in the same field tried to do.

I would recommend this company, in fact I have already recommended them to a friend.
