Really awful people to deal with can't recommend to stay away from enough.

Total tickets just eated my two tickets. i'm f... up.

what can i do now, leaving in Portugal?

I'm so sad because the concert will be unforgetable next 2 october at Coimbra.

TOTAL TICKETS - Bought V tickets from them and paid over £400. Never got tickets. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Even if they only sold 10,000 tickts at £100 that is £1milliom so do the maths. I lost over £400. Company has folded and someone has made millions from people. Until events insist on photo ID and only allow returns to the promoters for re-sale then people will continue to be ripped off. Even if the man who ran this company goes to jail he will have his multi-million fortune awaitng him. It is just too easy to scam people. Liquidators acting on behalf of Total Tickets have said there are no assets to refund anyone who did not get tickets. I only gave 1 star because you have to give a star to write the review. I hope there is such a thing as Karma!!

Bought a pair of tickets to see Pink in concert in June. The tickets were a birthday present for my friend. Total tickets did respond to some of my early e-mails but closer to the date they didnt respond and I could not get a reply by telephone. As you've guessed...the tickets never turned up. They didnt respond to any letters that I wrote either.

I would certainly NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you want to be totally ripped off.

Bought tickets 7th july.for t in the park in feb. festival starts 7th july. tickets not arrived . website vanished off the face of the earth. phone numbers just ring out or dead. consumer direct say not registered as in liquidation as yet. other web forums show loads of people lost out to these. i and 2 mates lost 241 quid each, and cant go to festival. cant claim back as paid on standard debit card.

I booked two Pink tickets three weeks ago with Total Tickets & they never turned up. Nobody answers the phone, there is an automated message asking you to hold then you are cut off. Whenever I sent an email I got an automatic response saying they were dealing with my request, they never came back to me. THIS IS A HOAX COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM. I have lost £235.00. I will be reporting them to the police & Watchdog as they are still selling tickets.

This is a warning to anyone who thibks about using this company. I ordered tickets for the Pink concert for today. They have not turned up and all attempts to contact the company have failed. Their email is just an automated response and the telephone appears to vbe preprogrammed to make it look they are busy but you never get throught! I only ticket 1 star for rating because the site says I must!
