Price was quite high!

The seats were out of this world,all 4 of us sat together.

Excellent afternoon,found the company good and no complaints from us.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I spent over £400 and no tickets were recieved. A refund has been repeatedly promised but not recieved. I do not believe that there was any intention to supply the tickets and the site is merely a way of defruading customers!

I purchased tickets for U2 in Portugal from this company over a year ago for my husband's 40th Birthday. On the good faith purchase of these tickets I then booked a holiday to Portugal to tie in with the concert and our 1 year wedding anniversary. The tickets DID NOT arrive, even though I was assured by the company in writing they would arrive by recorded delivery 5 days before the event. We didn't get to see U2, my husband's 40th birthday and our wedding anniversary where ruined by THE REAL TICKET COMPANY, and I have not received any money back (even though a refund is guaranteed on the website). I have had NO response from the company following a letter, emails and phone calls. I would like to add that i doubt that ANY positive reviews of this company are legitimate. DO NOT USE The Real Ticket Company

I booked tickets for the peter kay tour at the london 02 arena for my 10th wedding anniversary.I was previously let down by another ticket company.

A work collegue recommended this website.I purchased my tickets 3 days before the date of the tour over the phone and they arrived by post the next day.I found the staff polite and helpful. The seating position was Row N in block b2,the seats were excellent and the night was highly enjoyed.I would always check who you are booking with first i.e always make sure they have a phoneline as the previous site had no contact number and hopefully i will recoup my money through my credit card.

As far as therealticketcompany site goes i have no complaints and found them polite and proffesional.

I HAVE JUST RECEIVED MY TICKETS FOR THIS WEKEND GAME FOR ENGLAND V NEW ZEALAND AT TWICKENHAM.

FOUND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY IMPRERSSIVE AND WERE ALWAYS AT THE END OF THE PHONE FOR ANY OF MY COMPANYS QUERIES.

THE PRICE OF TICKETS WERE ALSO QUITE COMPETETIVE.

had the promise of tickets as a present never turned up the company promised they would arrive STILL WAITING and the event has come and gone !!!!!!!!!!where's my money or my tickets ? seems this company is a bunch of false promisers and robbing b******* take my advice and never buy from them and together we can run them out of buisness . its a shame you can't meet these people to give them what they deserve ! one very dogged off person

Like many of you I bought tickets with RTC and never received my tickets, the team just pretended the tickets were available at the venue but they never let us know and even said they would send us the tracking number of the delivery. Although they promised they would refund us, after 7 weeks nothing has been paid yet and my bank is now investigating.

Please let everybody know about this spam company

Purchased U2 Tickets in December last Year , For September 2010 in Paris , E-mail said tickets would be with us at least 5 working days before the event , guess what never got the tickets, nor a refund as promiced via e-mail. Spent a further £300 on accomodation and travel just to sit outside the stadium waiting for our tickets to show up. They never did !!!.

Please,please please do not use this company , and report them to bbc watchdog as i have done.

I purchased tickets for my partner and i for the ryder cup competition in wales.The tickets were purchased three months before the event.We travelled form altlanta in the usa.The tickets were waiting for us at the hotel in wales when we arrived.Thoroughly allround good service and most importantly tickets were there as promised.

I ordered tickets for my husbands 40th birthday as a suprise and I was e-mailed all the way through with the progress of the tickets they arrived the Wednesday before as I was told with a Royal Mail tracking Number for me to trace the postage. My husband had a great time!!! Thank you!! Unfortunately all the bad reviews I had read really worried me from when I booked back in May but I can't fault them I got what I ordered when they said I would and wish I hadn't read all the negative feedback which made me worry about my booking.
